I listen to my ipod mostly, and the only thing not on it is opera and, hmm...bluegrass? :) Really though, I'll listen to just about any genre, I have favorites all across the board. It just depends on my mood, and since I'm a Cancer, it changes alot! You name it, I'm sure I've listened to it.

I spend a large portion of my time reading anything I can get my hands on. I like to buy used books and read the good ones over and over. I'm currently hooked on a fiction series by Patricia Cornwell - the Scarpetta series. I also like to read about American history and unsolved murders.

Ghosts of Illinois, Pictures worth 1000 words, Early age paranormal, Fears, Cemetery Stalkers

I have always been that girl spending her days in old cemeteries and abandoned buildings. Most of my childhood was spent in an old cemetery which is currently in desperate need of preservation. I grew up listening to stories about ghosts and unexplained phenomena, which I guess is where my interest in this field started, but then I had my own personal experiences and I've been looking for answers ever since. I founded Missouri History & Hauntings with the hope to teach more investigators and researchers to look into the history of a haunted location to find the answers. But my main focus is on preserving Missouri history and the folklore and legends that go along with it. I've been asked before how history and ghost stories are related. Really? How are they NOT? It's amazing how many stories we find of hauntings while learning and preserving the history of our area.

I am also an active investigator and strive to provide a scientific approach to proving or disproving the existence of paranormal activity. You can find our internet home at www.mohistoryhauntings.com. If you haven't visited us in awhile, we've been doing some updating! Go check it out! :)

Missouri history, cemeteries, photos pre-1920, old buildings & houses, EVP, stories of unsolved murders, my friends, the smell of fresh-cut grass & summer rain, animal rescue, pie:), parks and museums, reincarnation, art, creative people, anything abandoned, flower gardens, books, my pool, the moon, sarcasm, being happy, cute shoes, stories passed down from family members, my camera, tivo, crossword lottery scratch-offs, my gps, and of course my hubby and children!

Oohh...I have lots! Being late, orb photos, dog hair, cold weather, vandalism, thieves, people who say alot without having alot to say, organized religion, hypocrites, animal & child abusers, cold weather, camera flashes in my face when it's dark, negative attitudes, getting lost, stinky people(seriously, applying deodorant is NOT difficult), humidity, spiders *shiver*, dead batteries, and running out of film.

He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster. And if you gaze for long into an abyss, the abyss gazes also into you.

When we are afraid we ought not to occupy ourselves with endeavoring to prove that there is no danger, but in strengthening ourselves to go on in spite of the danger. ~Mark Rutherford

Don't value a man for the Quality he is of, but for the Qualities he possesses.
