INVESTIGATION: Creekside Bar & Grill, Sciota, Pa.

When friends were visiting with their only daughter, about 7 years old, the first day she was there she was playing through a long set of curtains that divides the pool room and the addition that is under construction. Suddenly she stopped playing and asked "where did that little boy go?" There were no other children in the building. On the second day, she approached her uncle and said "that little boy went outside without his shoes". Again, no other children in the building.
The owner also felt cold chills, cold spots and uneasy when in the basement. When going up the stairs, many times she stopped and looked behind her because she felt somone was following her up the steps.
What an exciting investigation! The evp's are the results of this investigation at the Creekside Bar & Grill on Rt. 209 in Sciota, Pa. We did this investigation on the main floor, the bar area, pool room, an addition that is under construction, and the basement. There were two teams, one in the basement area and one on the main floor.
Team #1 was located in the bar area, all lights off. There is a small enclosed room off the pool room, we could see through the doorway into the pool room when suddenly the light came on in the enclosed room. No one was in that area. We had to manually turn the light back off.
A personal experience on the main floor by Brittany. She was in the pool room moving slowly between the pool table and the curtains where the children played, when she suddenly stopped. She said it felt like she walked into a brick wall, sudden drop in temperature, and she could not move as though her legs were frozen! Team #2 did not experience any activity on the main floor.
The basement was definitely the most interesting area. The following events happened in the basement:
When setting up for the investigation, LuAnne felt as though someone gently brushed her hair. Mike felt a tug on his sweatshirt.
Team #2 experienced temperature changes and what appeared to be moving shadows and at this same time, noted high spikes on the EMF in one corner of the basement. Mike said he saw a shadow go past Craig's head. The area by the fuse boxes seemed to look pitch black, though it was not this way before and photos taken in this area were also just black.
Mike and Tom S., on Team #2, heard the faint sound of a child "squealing". This is interesting because LuAnne and Brittany, on Team #1, heard this faint sound of a child "squealing" when their team was in the basement! When Mike asked, "What's your name", he heard a faint whisper that said "Brandon",this was caught on tape!
Tiffani, our guest writer for her online magazine, Nicean, felt a tap on the side of her head. She immediately looked up and there was nothing dangling above her head.
For a moment, LuAnne noticed two small red objects in one area but so far has not been found in any photos.
Noelle, who is one of the owners and has had experiences in the basement, felt the odd need to stay away from the group while we were investigating. She said she felt tingling in her fingertips and felt uneasy.
After taking one particular photo, Tom S. said he has never experienced a cold chill or cold spots when investigating, but he did at one point in the basement. He immediately asked LuAnne to perform a Reiki cleansing for him which only took a moment. The moment she finished, Tom S. did not feel any chills or cold spots and it seemed as though the energy that was previously there was gone. After this they had no further events in the basement! Quite interesting!
At first the owners did not want the energy to leave. But after hearing the evp of a child saying "help me", we will be returning in the next few weeks to help send this energy on his/her way, if this energy so chooses. We feel this may be the little boy, Brandon.
We all agree that there is a tremendous amount of energy there and more than one. And some of that energy is very intelligent!
On one of the evp's you have to listen extremely close. When the marker reaches just past the first few numbers, you can hear someone whisper somthing. Of course the evp's are much more clear on the originals. They did loose some volume when we posted them.

UPDATE: We found another EVP from the Creekside Bar & Grill investigation! We'll get that posted soon!
We returned to the Creekside Bar and Grille to conducted a pass over for the energies there. We feel it was very successful. Listen to evp #5, most of us feel the entity says "Oh my God". Most feel that the tone of the voice is a tone of relief, as though they have finally found the way over. In addition, Kat and LuAnne, at the exact same time, felt an extreme relaxed feeling of calmness and peace, so much to the point that Kat felt that her knees would just buckle! Along with these feelings they, as well as myself, felt a complete warmth come over our bodies from head to toe. We feel that the child now knows he can go but also return if he wants to. We do feel strongly that he may do that for a while, but he will eventually stay over, where he should be. We also feel strongly that other energies, as in the #5 evp, also made their way over.
The video of the orb (if you consider orbs as energy) is interesting. The pattern of the orb was very strange considering Mike was looking in that direction with his flaslight and did not see anything in the air such as a bug, and at that exact same time one of the camera's shut down.
Noelle has had no strange or uneasy feelings and has not heard anymore unexplained noises. We feel that there is no need at this time to do any further investigations there. It is now calm and peaceful and I feel we have done our job well! Thanks to you all, everyone did a great job!
