I am married with 3 kids. The house we live in is haunted by several entities. We have a residual haunting, one that is atatched to my four year old daughter, as well as the occasional random sighting which may be the fact the I am sensative coupled with the fact that we live next to a hospital and a retirement, rehab facility. My son, who is the oldest, has seen the girl who is involved with the residual haunting and my daughters have both had sleeping issues because of the hauntings.
The origin of Halloween lies in the traditions of the Celtic people. The Celts believed that the veil between this world and the next was thinnest during this time of year. Friends and relatives who had died would often return, with their souls inhabiting an animal, often a black cat. Black cats have remained a symbol of Halloween down to the present time.
