Title: Life After Death Thoughts
Tags:
Blog Entry: Recently I posted on the Angels & Ghosts Forum just a few of my crazy thoughts about life, death and this whole experience: 1) This world we physically see is illusion and temporary. The "real" world is eternal and Spirit (or energy). 2) Upon death of the physical body, we choose whether to continue the life-journey by heading to the light (what some may call heaven), or remain bound to the earth due to "fear." 3) The tunnel of light process described in NDEs is a "cleansing process" and helps us transition from this temporal journey to the next, removing fear and allowing us to deal with emotional issues (gaining a higher perspective). 4) Spirits communicate with us consistently. Call them angels, spirit guides, loved ones, etc, they speak to us through thoughts...ideas we often believe are our own, and work to help guide us (this is Jacob's ladder in the Bible). Their "voice" is often misunderstood as being "God." 5) Everything is within an energy we call spirit, or God, and all of us...everything makes up a piece of the whole of divinity. I suspect this realm helps us to "individualize" out of the whole and learn life-lessons. Reincarnation would thus not surprise me as being fact (I say this, as I have not heard specifically about this topic within me). 6) From a higher perspective, there is "no loss," and suffering is a self-created trauma due to mis-thinking...not understanding the truth. The truth is that we are eternal spirits having a temporary physical experience. If we seek answers within our being, truth is brought back to our remembrance. 7) Being eternal, we always were and always will be. 8) Past is illusion, and so is the future. Living in the moment...now is truth. Our ability to create gets us into trouble. The mind can trap us in the past through fear, casting a negative shadow on our future; thus not allowing us to live "today" in peace. Those are a few of my crazy thoughts. No wonder some think I'm whacked! LC, Angels & Ghosts
