Title: Someone asked me what I do.

Blog Entry: Someone asked me what I do yesterday and I think my answer was rather incomplete. What I do is called for lack of a better word shamanism. This word has a lot of meanings and that’s not really important. I will try to explain what I do and really what I do isn’t important. What’s important is helping the client. Who are my clients? Typically they are people what are bothered by malicious spirits, placed under curses, or the victim of spells. At times they suffer a mental or physical illness or are drug users as these people tend to be the most vulnerable to attack. At times there is no such problem and they are without such major weaknesses. My clients are not people looking to know how their business will prosper or what type of person they should marry. I leave that to others. What do I do for them? This is usually but not necessarily where the journey comes in. A journey is an out of body experience used to look into the spirit world or other dimensions to find the root of the problem and if possible determine a solution. I do it in this way. Some say it’s a way to tap my own intuition. I don’t really care as long as it works. The first step is the journey. I use a trance. This is induced by deep meditation which results in an alpha state. Second I enter the other worlds and deal with the spirits on their terms. Third when I come out of the meditation I write down exactly what I saw or experienced. This is very similar to a reading. These readings are not often positive. Remember who my client base is. Before I do the journey I explain to the client what I will do and warn them that the results might not be all sugar, but that it’s the beginning of dealing with the problem at hand. The journey is only the first step. The second step is to get a resolution to the problem so if it’s a curse the curse must be broken. If it’s a malicious spirit then the spirit must be driven off. An important part of the second step is healing the damage that has been done, most of the time this involves additional journeys and the use of Reiki and other energy healing methods to complete as well as spiritual counseling. The third step, one that my clients sometimes don’t take with me is to strengthen that weakness which made them susceptible. This might involve drug counseling, or deepening the spiritual lives. I do keep up on my clients when possible to make sure things are going right. If I do help them with the third step it usually involves teaching them to deal with their problems themselves such as attuning them to Reiki and teaching them spiritual defense. I also do energy healing such as Reiki, chakra balancing, as well a house cleansing and helping the dead to move on. None of these things is even close to the drama of ‘The Exorcist’ movie. I think that type of rising of energy is counter productive. One additional note. The religion of my clients is irrelevant at least as far as what I do for them. Energy is energy and spirits are spirits. I don’t intercede for them with God or council them in religious matters.
