Title: Don't Quite Know What The Heck This Was About!!!

Blog Entry: This past Thursday when I got home from work I decided to do a little yard work. I went in the house and got my little dog Possum Butt so she could enjoy some of the pretty day that was left. I grabbed my shovel and we went down the hill behind the house. I have been wanting to terrace off the hill some because over the last couple of years the landscape has gotten a little steeper and it would make it easier to keep it up. Anyway, she and I started to moved some serious dirt down there. While doing this I got the bright idea that I wanted to plant a tree down there that I had been giving some TLC to so I started to dig this great big hole. I wanted the dirt to be just right by the time it was time to transplant them. Possum Butt was standing there looking down the hole supervising when all of a sudden she shot up the hill and then turned back to look at me. I started to laugh at her thinking a bug had nipped her, when I said what ya doing Possum, SOMETHING smacked me on the rear end so hard that I almost fell in the hole. At first I thought it was a limb that had maybe popped up that I might had stepped on but when I turned around there wasn't anything there. I mean NOTHING!!! Well, needless to say I left the shovel laying right there where I dropped it. That was it for the day!! We went inside, and yes I took a look at my booty because it was stinging pretty bad and it was red. Just as if I was little and had been spanked. The stinging lasted for over an hour. I know at one time this area was a Creek Indian town then later it became plantation land. I have seen and heard a lot of really strange things since I moved out here and I have felt things brush past me and one time I was put on my butt by an ORB. BUT! this episode takes the cake. That night all the lights stayed on LOL.
