Blog Entry: Stoughton, Wisconsin's THE GRAND HOTEL LEGACY A story of ghosts and spirits within these walls By Vicky J Elsing Imagine, if you will, a building built in the late 1800's. Having ben (along the way), a hotel, a brothel, the site of suspected murders, among other thing too numerous to mention. Now loaded with family heirlooms, each possibly with a spirit attachment. Just a look at the cover makes you want to know more! I haven't felt the desire (for a long time) to get behind a new author before Vicky Elsing. She has just finished a book about her building in Stoughton Wisconsin. I have known her for several years, and among others I pushed her to write this book. The building has a rich history, and she bought it with no real knowledge of the paranormal. I think you will get some interesting reading, as well as a look at 11 or 12 different groups that have investigated her store. You will see the difference in not only investigative technics, but personalities, and maybe a few egos. I think we all suffer from some of this and her book might just show you we aren't alone. I'll be sending this out to my over 1200 friends, so you might want to order it for a first printing. It is an easy read, and I think you will enjoy it. I have reviewed so many EVP's, and photos from different groups, that I feel like part of her family. She doesn't presume to be an expert, quite the opposite "in fact". Vicky bring a fresh, raw, honest, depiction of both her Ghost family, along with her family and friends, as well as a growing list of paranormal groups, psychic mediums, authors, just plain people, down to her 2 dogs! She would tell me so many times that the publisher, was writing it wrong, and she stayed with it to make sure it is what she wrote! I hope you at least take a look!
