Content: I thought it would be interesting to post informal book reviews --- yay or nay, it's allright, as long as honest opinions are posted. Paperback: 312 pages Publisher: Carol Pub Group (June 1974) Language: English ISBN-10: 0806504501 ISBN-13: 978-0806504506 A fairly easy read, and a broad overview of the history of Satan, other mythologies, the psychology of possession and the philsophy behind the theology. Also includes several interesting hagiographical accounts as well as ecclesiastical accounts of possession throughout history. An excellent chapter on exorcism in the Greek Orthodox church is also included, which is quite rare in volumes of this type.
