The American tradition of "trick-or-treating" probably dates back to the early All Souls' Day parades in England. During the festivities, poor citizens would beg for food and families would give them pastries called "soul cakes" in return for their promise to pray for the family's dead relatives.
Just wanted to take a minute and say thanks for accepting my friendship! Looking forward to getting to know you better! I hope you read my blog articles and leave me comments, I will try to read anything you write, and do the same. Feel free to contact me any time and enjoy the new group (it really looks like a good one!).
Always remember, I am here if you need me, and I will be asking you questions too, no matter how short or long you been doing investigating, there are no experts! We all can learn together! After 40 years of involvement in the paranormal I still get excited each time!
There are still issues with the inboxes. I'll get on it tomorrow and see if I can't figure out what the problem is. I apologize for any unusual things that may occur during this time. Maybe we really are haunted!?
