I'd like to start out by stating that I have much respect and
gratitude for the men in women of the world who give us the technology
and scientific discovery which makes our lives so well lived.

But
I ask, if technology and science are born from the minds of the human
being can we rely on them to answer our queries into the paranormal?

We
only use 10% of our brains (some people I know use half of that to
decide what to wear and which American Idol to vote for). The
paranormal is something beyond our range of thought and comprehension.
Are we not cavemen conducting research on a 747?

I'm sure with
the combined strengths of science and expanding thought—in the patience
of time—battles will be won, but will the war ever end? I believe we
will have to do our best for now and wait until we cross the threshold
and look back onto the world we now live in before we can close the
book.

I'm leaving the pages of mine open and invite anyone with any opinion to write in it.
