The thing about this is I was called upon to help in this case. I gave all information of his whereabouts down to a small block area and even the "MANS NAME" who commited this crime. The details were so precise it sickens me to see the non response taken in time to save him.
They acted late and are now on the hunt for the person mentioned in the information Cecil Eugene New. Not even an amber alert went out, and this has a huge meaning behind it in itself.
Information was given July 2nd to police and affiliates of CBS, ABC at the same time with a paper trail so long that had the police locked in a situation that if they didn't use the info something would come of it.
Well Ceasar was found dead July 6th, he was alive up until then and the police missed their time window to save him.
