This isn't paranormal news, but for anyone not sleeping the night of January 3rd, early on the morning of the 4th, between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m., there will be a meteor shower, the Quadrantids, emanating from the north. According to Astronomy magazine, it's supposed to be one of the year's strongest showers, with up to one meteor every 30 seconds or so. The farther north you are located, the better the viewing.
I am thinking of starting a free banner exchange for anyone with a paranormal website. If you think this is a good idea then let me know. If there is enough interest I'd start it up.
