One early morning I had a dream. My dear mother, who had been gone several years, was making a lovely meal for all of us. I was sitting at the table talking with her about nothing in particular. It was all very calm and welcoming. People were coming to the table and I noticed that Uncle Elton came to the table as well. I smiled at him, yet I was surprised because we had not seen him in a while. As I woke I told my husband, Larry, about the dream in detail. We try to do that for one another if at all possible when we do remember our dreams. Later that afternoon, after work, I picked up the mail from the mailbox. In the mail was a letter from my cousin informing us of the death of Uncle Elton a few weeks earlier. Amazing! It was that very day that I had had the dream. I immediately felt that he had come to say goodbye, and very probably had met up with relatives on the other side. I wasn't frightened, just pleased that he had thought of me.
Wow Joy, that's really cool. I wish I could remember all my dreams. I have some really strange ones, I wake up at night and tell myself all about it hoping that will help me remember it in the morning and it never helps. I will have to go to bed with a recorder so I can tell about it on that. Have a great night. Vicky
