T.H.O.R. finished a residential investigation the first weekend in March. It took us a few days, but we got through close to 20 hours of footage and close to that amount of audio. We did have a couple of photographic "anomalies" that proved interesting, one of which was run through a couple of photo programs by our photo tech. What came back was interesting in that usually, when some opaque or white shows up on a photo, the programs relate back a wide spectrum of colors that make up that "white" color. Our progrmas came back showing no color at all.
We also had a few personal experiences that raised a few eyebrows. Nothing caught on video, but one of our investigators felt a "cold pressure" just above her left knee on a couch where our client and her husband have had incidents happen (i.e., the husband had his ankle pulled on by an unknown force while laying on the couch, and our client woke up to the feeling of pressure on her chest and what felt like a hand over her mouth). My co-founder felt a hand brush across the small of his back. Did I mention that he was standing in the doorway to the bathroom and there was no one behind him? (that we saw!)
We did catch a few EVP's on our digital voice recorders. If you want to hear them, they're on our group's website:
www.toledohauntedoccurrencesresearch.com , and click on the evidence page. They should be up under EVP's.
We are in the process of getting our group t-shirts made and we are also looking into a new member or two. Next, we're looking to set up our next investigation for sometime in May and we're working on getting a road trip set up for sometime in July to travel down to Waverly Hills in KY. That's about all for our latest endeavors. I'll keep y'all in the loop as far as our may investigation and where we'll turn up next!
Sorry to end on a sad note, but the restaurant where we 'cut our teeth' will be closing to normal, everyday restaurant operations. They're still, as of this time, taking group parties and functions, but are no longer open for regualr restaurant business. It's sad, becasue the food there was awesome!
