I had a great time last night april 12th at The Mansfield Reformatory,I have some great footage taken in the shower room have a lot of orbs dancing around all over the place,then in the same place i have on audio a horse walking you can hear the clopping sound as the hoves hit the floor,then there is a loud bang like a cell door slmming shut,then a voice saying hello,i never heard none of this it was on audio tape when i played it back,Plus I have a ton of pics with orbs in them my Lead Investigator has one he took it has orbs and a reddish mist forming in the right corner,it is a very cool place after the tour they just turned us loose we had full reign of the place,i will be going back.
The night I was there there started out with 35 people...which dwindled to 12 very shortly after begining. The evp's I got were direct responses to my questions...while with only one other person on the whole floor. I always document verbally what "other" sounds my dvr might be picking up..such as car sounds, people talking, people walking, etc.
Pls don't quote me on this but I keep thinking that someone told me awhile back that the land the prison sets on used to be some sort of military camp or prison camp during the civil war. Anyone else ever heard that?
First of all I will state that I am not a believer in orbs. I wish I were because I would have some good pictures. Also be careful with the evp's. As I was going through mine I thought that I had a great evp of footsteps while I was sitting in a cell. After looking through my notes I had jotted down that someone on the level above me was walking with hard sole shoes. I think that I may have caught a few evp's but I need to clean them up a little bit. That place is awesome though. Can't wait to go back next year.
Sorry, I forgot...I've got a few really great evp's from Mansfield also...but I have not posted them yet...It seemed like we were being led to the showers...the same place you had some experiences.
I'm looking forwards to you posting some pictures. I've got a great shot on my page of Mansfield..two seconds later, I took the exact same shot...with no mist....I'll be going back too!
