I had this thought about ghosts and mental illness. I wonder if when the person was alive, if they were mentally ill, If there spirit remained here, would they still be mentally ill? And how much of that would impact the way they haunt ppl and places? Just Curious
I would say so the ghost is nothing but left over consciousness of the person, the mental hospitals people are investigating and Jails where people are struck hit pushed are proof of this theory. Can that left over consciousness thats left over after the soul goes back to God be used by some other force that was created before man to do its bidding? Yes that can happen too!
I know there is an old mental hospital here that at night, you can hear people screaming, and there are beings inside that have actually taken a swing at people, and connected with one unfortunate lady. Would be interesting to check that concept out though Patti...Good blog thanks for posting!!
I have encountered mentally ill earthbounds. If a person doesn't realize he or she is dead, that person will have the same ailments as he or she did in life. I've seen that over and over and over with hauntings.
