Thanks for the great info on this issue. I have quite a bit of evidence to go over ( several hours) from two well known "haunts" down here that I'm needing to review and clean up.
I have not used WavePad recently. When I looked at it ( along time ago) it was a fairly expensive program costing several hundred dollars. I do not know what features it has for eliminating background noise. I would love to see someone post either instructions on how to use it or at least some EVPS, both raw and edited so we could all see how it compares to others.
go to Audacity.com it has a great program to use. then go to Nitewings group to see how to work this program. it is a fee program and you can download it for your system to use
