I'm just wondering what is appropriate to put in a blog here. I had a myspace page I was using for writing my thoughts on various NON-Paranormal events in my life, but I am through with myspace. Is it ok to share my random thoughts here or should this be paranormal related only? Just wondering. I do tend to get a little confused about these matters at time, and your input would be greatly appreciated.

I really feel that's how we get to know each other. If all we talked about is paranormal and not our lives, how would we get to know anyone, other then in the paranormal way. Blog away. Heck, I do it. Hugs, Vicky

Thank you Patti and Alan your answers. Don't worry Alan, I have nothing to sell, and I'm NEVER hateful to ANYONE. I believe in the old adage, "If you can't say anything nice to someone, then don't say anything at all." I also respect everyone. I know that behind this screen I'm looking at, the avatars I see, are real people, with real feelings and real world troubles. They are just like me in many ways!!

Well...a blog is for whatever you want to share.  Most everyone here has blogs of all colors.  While we are paranormal in nature, we are also people who have various social ties to this community as well.

Pretty much the only thing that gets frowned upon in blogs is advertising a commercial product or event.  Why?  Well if someone is going to make money because of their use of the site then it is our feeling that they should contribute in the form of advertising.  After all, that is 50% of what keeps this site going.  The other 50% comes from members in the form of donations or subscriptions to the site.  Eventually it would be nice to see advertising support it all...that was the goal.

Also we don't allow blogs that hate on people.  We are all about expressing one's opinion as long as that opinion is given in an appropriate manner.

Other then that blog away!
