All positions require (at minimum) the ability to committ 10-20 hours per case (depending on position within group), strong research, analytical, and/or people skills, reliable transportation, the ability to attend regular meetings, live in the greater San Diego area, and have an interest in the paranormal.

Those with specialized skills in the fields of photography, technology, geology, historical research, psychiatry, social work, and religious studies experience are encouraged to apply. Spanish language skills are also desirable.
