I said in a blog to stop while you still can...take the time to enjoy what is around you, even if it's just for a few minutes??? I do hope you read that blog....but it sure seems to be getting me in trouble...but it's my story and I'm sticking to it...
I sit in the garage doorway...mainly to be in the shade and it's cooler...there is where I watch the world around me....and it was ok with my daughter (I live with her) when the one squirrel turned into as many as eleven after I started feeding them everyday...It has started making my daughter nervous...especially now that they are not afraid ..but this past weekend (starting Friday) has put me in deep dodo....
On Friday this real pretty brown lab came into the yard and came up to me...well it's still here...she's a very good dog....and she doesn't want to leave...yes..I have fed her....well she was hungry...I couldn't let her starve or go thirsty....it wasn't my fault she wanted to play and likes balls...and that she's real good with kids...ok...this was really strike two against me....now here goes strike three...
Two wrens have made a nest over the weekend in my son-in-laws helmet that's on the shelf in the garage...and nope...they don't want to go either...but really now...how can that be my fault??? My daughter is now telling me I have to stop getting all these animals...it's getting rediculous....Me? It's not like I was playing Snow White and singing to the birds...and personally...if one craps on my head while their going back and forth over it...I may get a little bit upset...
But anyways...this is my story...and I'm sticking to it...and I already know if I bring home a bear I'm in more then deep dodo....
The moral of the story???? hmmmm.....the hell with it....stop while you still can...enjoy the things around you....and you may find yourself surprised......as for the person yelling about it...give them a hug and tell them you luv them
