I think we are talking about a different kind of proof here. That is...what is the historical evidence that Jesus Christ AROSE from the dead. The answer, surpisingly...is there is alot. If we look at the criterion of proof from history alone ( and thre are other proofs that are satisfied)...a few things come to mind. I will mention 2. One is that there is enemy attestation. That is..there are are enemies who had nothing to gain by accepting the rising and much to gain by disputing it. the fact is the enemy record is either silent or acknowledges that the followers of THAT DAY (not 200 years ago) claimed to see the risen Christ. We have doubters, Roman soldiers, Jewish Sanhedren..al enemies of Christ claiming that he did rise. HE appeared to over 5000. The letters of Paul and the Gospels were written in the lifetime of the 12 (-1) and Caiaphas. DO U NOT THINK...that they would speak up? They are silent (except Paul the Sanhedrin) and they acknowledge Jesus Miracles...blaming much on demonic practice.

So they do not deny what happened with Jesus....they just attribute differently.

Mass Hallucination is what I hear most often. That is virtually impossible without a TV or drugs. Imagine going to a friend or relatives for a nice dinner and then months later being told "You r imagenining it all...it never happened"

U woudl call BS...U WERE THERE! THis is what the 12 faced. They ATE with him. How many of you had lunch with your dead frind in Lubbys? Does not happen.

Jesus did. And so did all he proclaimed.
