I'm not sure what it is, but it sure as heck isn't "normal". I'll delve into the conspiracy theory side of things and say if the government is responsible for creating this creature - it's not right, and it's not fair. I've got nothing but an eye-roll and a pathetic sigh as a response. Yah, that's a... cat. Large beak. Hairless. Giant (by "cat" standards). I can only imagine how this creature survived in the wild. Let's hope it used that beak in a clearly "herbivorous" manner, huh?
