Observation
by glider

Last Wednesday night, I was looking out my bedroom window. I have a clear view of lower Manhatten. Every year on the anniversary of Sept 11 they have a search light in place of the Twin Towers. As I was looking at the search light shin into the sky. I said to myself, there must be a lot of lost souls haunting that spot. And I don't think that spot will ever be investergated. And I don't think it should be.

Devil's advocate....................why wouldn't one want to investigate 9/11?  Why isn't it ethical to go there, yet there are some who will go to other disasters across the world?  Is 9/11 more important of a tragedy than others?  I have heard of people going to New Orleans after the flood, investigating earthquakes, typhoons, and all sorts of other terrible occurences.  What about Gettysburg?  That was major during it's time period, do you think if you went back in time that those people would want you to walk the field contacting their recently deceased loved ones? (Not to mention they'd probably think you were a witch)

I agree. Myself I think a lot of sights should not be investigated. Thats just my personal opinion on the matter. I can bend though a small team here and there when asked; if something is very abnormal going on. But not 100's of people trapeing through these sights on a yearly bases to catch a thrill or these sights are being used as a marketable opportunity.

Some things are just best left alone.

I agree. Personally for me, I will never even go there again. I can't explain why but I have had that feeling from tha day after their collapse and traveled all around the city but avoided even going for a glance at the hole.

There are still issues with the inboxes. I'll get on it tomorrow and see if I can't figure out what the problem is. I apologize for any unusual things that may occur during this time. Maybe we really are haunted!?
