I wake up a lot around 3 a.m. It is pretty frequent.  I am not sure what wakes me up, I just wake up and then it is hard for me to fall back asleep.  I know they say spirits come to you around that time but I don't remember dreaming anything.  One night I woke up to the sound of my youngest son's voice saying "Mom"  I sat up and noone was there.  I immediately started worrying about him and called his house and asked his girlfriend if he was okay, she said yes, he was asleep.  I was very glad that he was ok, but at the same time I couldn't help thinking someone was trying to tell me something.
