I to see a what looks like a face.But isn't it kind of large?

Wow! Great capture. I zoomed in and it looks like a man possibly a soldier. It looks lokie he might have a mustache, long shoulder-length hair and possibly a cap. The thing that strikes me most is he looks so sad. I'm probably way off base on these observations but that's what I see in the photo.

At first I was going to say it was just the way the shadows hit the window and curtains, but now looking closer, I just don't know . . . . There is what looks to me like an image of a confederate soldier (wearing the grey cap) and sort of smiling or smirking.  Interesting photo!
