This is the Thomas Fine Arts Building (performing arts) and Forrest Robberts Theater on Northern Michigan University's campus. The buildings are haunted by the ghost of one of the janitors who died from a massive heart attack in the elevator of TFA durring his shift on a friday night several years back. The staff didn't find him till the following monday or so the story goes. Students report hearing keys rattling and someone whistling when no one is there, and there are numerous reports of the elevator moving on its own, and in some cases acting like it has a mind of its own.
