Oh great the link worked!  I didn't find the picture it's on the historical website for the county.  It is rather amazing isn't it.  Our problems seem so minor today when you consider what the Boardman's faced on a daily basis including no central heating and sub-zero weather not to mention lack of indoor plumbing, doctors, dentists etc.

This is a great picture also.  I have a couple also from family living in a log Cabin house.  I would like to live in one myself.
