I just went to that web site that is on the picture . It says they have deleted the file data .  I use to be a darkroom photographer.  My best guess is that is just a person in a hooded jackect moving fast for the film speed in low light conditions, causing it to blur. The lady on the bed is trying to photograh that person, as they where leaving. - No ghost, bad picture... lol   That is a really cool web site though.
