I agree with FloridaGirl. When in doubt, evidence must be thrown out. The fact that the girl in the middle is smoking contaminates this evidence, and therefore I would discredit it as such.
I've seen this photo before. It's been changed since I first viewed it. The girl in the middle is smoking. Therefore, the "white clouds" were discounted at that time. The first time I saw this, there was just "smoke" around the girls....not this shape that is there now. Not sure why it has been altered, but it isn't the same photo I saw a year or so ago.
