My husband and I live in Southwestern Wisconsin and have 2 wonderful sons who are in college. It is WAY too quiet around here now. I love the mountains on my background picture. They remind me of the hills, valleys, hollows, and cooleys of this part of Wisconsin - the Driftless Area where there were no glaciers. I love it here. I am interested in many things; life is good.

My Family! Open-Minded, accepting people. Talking with friends about hauntings. Talking with friends about anything! Playing Scrabble!! Teaching!! collecting fossils, reading, knitting, ghosts, painting, fishing, collecting pink depression glass, collecting pieces of Garfield memorabilia

Negative people

Reading tons of good books, watching movies and paranormal reality shows, thinking about the meaning of life, and having fun! Developing an interest in investigating paranormal activity with DASH... Driftless Area Spirit Hunters... Starting to take more photos....

Thank you Joy for your comment and offer. In the process of evaluating things and seeing what road I maybe forced to take. Hope everything is going great with you. Thanks again.

Hi Joy,
Sorry I haven't been around for awhile. We have been so darn busy at the shop. I guess it keeps me out of trouble. We have our big Syttende Mai celebration coming up in town this weekend. We will have thousands of people stopping in Stoughton. It really gets crazy around here. Sometimes I wish I could just leave town, but I also love to see what's going on, and I just love the junk street food. LOL Cotton candy, cheese curds, brats and all the great stuff like that. I can't wait for the street stands to open up. I have to get all dressed up in my Norwegian outfit for Friday and Saturday. How fun. Hope all is going well for you. Have a wonderful week. Hugs, Vicky

One time I got so lost I had these made up.
Do you think they will sell?
You wives could fill one out before your husband goes out and send him somewhere else!!!
Now how much is that worth? LOL!
Have a great week! What was that bright yellow ball in the sky today, not sure if it was that old Indian legend something called the sun?

Hi Joy,

Just wanted to stop by and say hi. Sorry I haven't been around to much. It's been a crazy two weeks. I don't know where the time has gone. If you have had time to get into my blogs, you'll understand. I'm just thankful that Otis is going to be fine. Hopefully things will be back to normal now. The shop has also been very busy. That's a good thing though. I'm just so beat when I get home. Hope all is well for you. Have a wonderful week. Hugs, Vicky

Hi Joy,

Thanks so much for your prayers for Otis. He had his bone biopsy done yesterday. We still don't have the test results back yet. I will let you know as soon as we find out anything on this end. Yesterday was a really hard day for all of us. It was so hard at the shop without Otis being with me. I cried all day. People would come in and ask where Otis is and I would just break down. The Dr. talked to me right after she had gotten done with the biopsy and that was really hard to take as to what it might be. We got Otis home last night and he was so out of it. He was in a lot of pain and had a very hard time walking. He's doing much better tonight. I was busy playing mommy and nurse to him all night. I'm so glad he can move around today. Phil had to carry him upstairs to bed last night, because he had a very hard time walking. That is 80 pounds of sleeping dog. Bless his heart to do that for Otis. Thanks again for all your prayers and concern. Hope your having a great week.

Hugs, Vicky
