Just finished reading PICTURE YOURSELF GHOST HUNTING by Christopher Balzano. I loved it. It was such an easy read, not over burden with confusing lingo or technical terms. You can tell the author's a teacher. His writing is very thorough and helpful. I especially enjoyed the chapter on the ghost hunter's equipment. It will help any begining ghost hunter make an informed decision on what to buy. It also has a DVD with 3 investigations on it. The only downfall was you get so into the hunts and the info surrounding them, then you don't get to see the results of the findings. The book was well worth the 20 bucks I paid for it at the book store. However it's now on sale on amazon.com for a little over $13. I highly recommend this book.

Completly obsessed with the paranormal.(I believe The X Files is partly to blame!)And IMO the best television show ever! I have much respect for the paranormal researchers. I know it's not easy.
I am currently on a quest to get my own ghostly apparition on photo(hopefully in St. Augustine). Wish me luck!
*Update* Have since taken 2 Ghost Tours in St. Agustine: The first being of the cemetaries plus the fort of Castillo de San Marco and the second tour that went inside the Old Jail, The Old Drug Store and The Old Military Hospital. I have posted my findings in the gallery.*

I have a sarcastic sense of humor. I'm a true tomboy in spirit now. I was always climbing trees and such as a child. And I was never into dressing up or wearing makeup(but that doesn't mean that I don't know how!). I believe all women are gorgeous in their own way, regardless.
I also love medievil history. I love blades and collecting knives and swords. And also fictional medievil books about magic, royalty, dragons and such.
I would love to travel more. I get alot of joy out of traveling to new places and meeting new nice people.
*UPDATE* Planning a trip to New York (and possibly London) in March 09! Yay! I'm sooo excited! Can anyone recommend a good ghost tour or a known public haunted location to go to?!*
