Christmas Spirit

I have a question that I am hoping someone can assist me with.  I am wondering if it is possible for a spirit to appear at certain times of the year.  For instance during the CHristmas season.

I have heard of ghosts appearing around the same time each year.  It's usually on some sort of anniversary

i think she has two ghost her mother at christmas and the first owner the rest of the time.
