I have worked on one EVP lately that was not interactive but appeared to be either a residual or an eavesdrop on the spirits.  I do not especially believe in residuals.

What I heard was a mother asking the child to listen to her.  The child responded "No I won't."

The name of the child was not long enough to locate rythm but the child's response was.  It was in perfect EVP rythm.

I have previously worked under the hypothesis that spirits needed to speak in rhythm to communicate with us.  I think I was wrong.

When we listen to EVP, we should hear rythm in any section long enough to establish it.  Since this group was eavesdropping on this conversation, there was no interaction for the rythm to take place for communication but it did.

FACT:  All EVPs come in rhythm.

Therefore, I now postulate that the rythm we hear in EVPs is created by a pulsing pressure between their realm and ours.  Sort of a membrane beating like a heart.

I don't know for sure but this is now how I am thinking.  Nitewing

Sounds interesting, sort of like when a plane breaks the sound barrier. With Evps you hear a rythm type of sound, a plane breaking a barrier you hear a sonic boom. One part of the puzzle established. There is friction of some kind between barriers causing some sort of rythmic activity within the atmosphere during EVPs.

That sounds logical to me. Keep plugging Nitewing, I have faith in you!

A lot of conversations or parts of conversations we capture in evp may be just that instead of for us, Sure would explain a lot of the out of context things we capture and maybe that that pulse from the other party is not as strong.

The membrane thingy sounds a lot like how our own hearing works. I think you may be on to something.

Ya know nite, I gotta hand it to you.  For a long time there's been an idea tickling inside of my brain about audio work.  I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but well, you just did for me my friend, and man it makes so much sense, I'm slapping myself in the forehead right now.  Wouldn't there have to be some sort of "membrane" between the realms?  Or else they'd all just fall into each other, LOL!  But is this what they manipulate when they speak?  I guess we're on the right track, but I'd say it's going to be a long time before we learn exactly what the nature of that membrane is.  For I wondered, how do they make sounds we can hear, whether it be with our equipment, or the times we can hear it audibly?  For how could an incorporeal being with no lungs manipulate air to make sound waves, if they don't possess lungs any longer?

But this line of reasoning leads me to so many more questions.  Do the realms lie atop each other, on the side??  Do the realms all have a membrane such as this and it seperates them?  How does a being in one realm many layers away reach out and "touch" beings from another?  How does a spirit get through this membrane and imprint the sounds it makes on our audio equipment?  Ugh, so many questions, not enough research yet.

But I have to say, this line of reasoning makes a lot of sense to me!  You get a big gold star on your forehead and get to go to the head of the class!!!  Great ideas and thinking!

Now I wish I would have never brought it up.  You make me itch!
