The ghost appears to have a goatee and dark sunglasses on and an orange hard hat on top of his head.He has a green army jacket on,that is what I see.Plain as day.Real good picture.
looks like the entity is looking at the baby in the back seat. I do not know if it is reflection but I felt strongly impelled to take a look at the pic. Great shot!
