So, as I started to channel this morning, I grabbed my notepad to begin and realized I had only four blank pages left in my notebook. I glanced back through the pages, thinking there was no way I had almost filled three hundred pages in this large spiral notebook. I read through my earlier writings of just four months ago and was amazed at the journey I have taken in that short time it seems so short, yet so long ago. I am no longer the same person I was then, for I am so much more. It is a true blessing to me to see this difference, to know that I am now embarking on another chapter of this journey in this lifetime. And just as I begin another notebook to write and channel in, I begin another adventure, another blissful step into joy and into the glorious mystery we call life. I do not know what this life has in store for me, but I do know that I will savor every moment of NOW and surrender all that I am to Gods Greatest Good. I love, trust and know that I am safe. Life is GOOD and ALL is WELL.

Dear Ones-
You are one all connected through that piece of God that resides within. Each of you have this glorious energy inside, running through your entire system. Every time you take a breath, this energy gets brighter and brighter. And when you take the time and effort to consciously focus on your breath, you can truly touch the energy of home. Relax and breathe, Children. Slow down your fast paced lives and regain your focus. These to do lists can wait your energy and your connection is needed now for so many things.
We watch as so many of you are on the wheel cycle as we call it an unending series of wheels that spin through around and around inside your mind. These thoughts are generated from fear and worry full of what ifs, whys, hows, and if onlys. Can you see the repercussions of this type of thinking? Fear is the biggest block of positive energy that exists it comes from a state of lack. Father/Mother God created you in Divine Perfection you are whole, you are spirit, you exist in a world of limitless possibilities and by limitless, we mean that in a positive fashion. There is no lack in the eyes of God only love, only acceptance. Can you see how much time you could free up from your life should you change the wheel cycle from fear to gratitude? How could that be? What would it feel like? Think of how those thought processes could change instead of what ifs they could evolve to gratefulness. Right now, in this precious moment in time, complete this sentence, I am so happy and grateful for _______ fill in the blank. Yes, children, fill in the blank both literally and figuratively. For your journey now could begin upon a blank slate if you choose it to be so. You can be free of limiting thoughts, patterns, and practices should you choose to be. You determine your own destiny you have been blessed with the power and freedom of free will. It is up to you what you choose to do with this power. Will you decide to be stuck on the wheel of fear, knowing that the cycle will not end until you surrender? It may seem like an intense process to let go of the doubt and the worry and on some levels, it is intense but on so many more levels it is a simple process, a mere change of perception. Your reality is what you create it to be what will you choose? What have you chosen thus far? How does it make you feel? If you are truly happy, then you have chosen wisely. If you are unhappy, perhaps it is time to reevaluate your choices. Every day, every moment, every second you get to make a choice as to which direction you go in. What a blessings that is! And remember, just because you have walked the same direction for most of your life, does not mean you cannot take a turn and detour on this path. Many benefits can be had from a change in scenery. How often have you taken a road trip only to travel outside your destination to find a side trip that was glorious fun? How wonderful those side trips in life can be and how precious it is to be open and accepting to them when they come along. There are so many amazing opportunities for all of you, Children. Your world, your energy, your entire existence is changing. This beautiful vibration will change the hearts of many. Enjoy the remembrance; enjoy the reawakening of your soul. Know that you are loved beyond measure. Trust that you are safe.

Dear Ones,
We watch with great excitement as things change and progress so rapidly for you. It is as if a great reawakening has spread rapidly through your planet. So many eyes are opening to new and wonderful things. It is a great joy to watch from our side of the veil as this story unfolds.
We ask that you quiet your mind and reflect. Look at where you stand right now, right here in this moment. Where are you in your life? Are you in a moment of joy and happiness? Are you in a moment of sadness and despair? Do you even allow yourself to feel, or have things become so clouded that youve forgotten? These are all fine questions, indeed, and sometimes the answers are not what you may expect, or even what you would so choose to look at. But, reflect on what your soul is telling you and sit with it. What was the very first thought that popped into your mind as you read the question? Does this satisfy you or would you prefer a different answer?
Know that you have the power and ability to change whatever your answer may be, for you are the Master of your own reality. There are contracts, yes, and there are life lessons you have chosen before you came into this world this lifetime. But you always, let us emphasize, ALWAYS have the glorious gift of free will. With free will, you make your own decisions, regardless of contracts or lessons. Yes, karma may come into play should you not choose wisely, but this goes along with the lessons you came here to learn. And if you choose not to learn the lesson this lifetime, it will again present itself later in one form or another. We ask that you stop worrying about perfection and instead focus on happiness true happiness. What does that mean to you?
We have watched your human race for centuries and centuries pursuing happiness. Each culture, each people has had their own definition of happiness and how it pertained to them. To some, happiness was just pure existence to others it was power and monetary gain and still others it was tapping into spirit. Whatever the distinction, there is always similarities. And when any person is truly happy, and finds this happiness and bliss within their soul everyone around them benefits, in fact, the entire universe benefits. It lifts the energy of all that is. Could it be that this is why you were created in the first place? To have this happiness to live in it to let happiness and joy surround you and encompass every cell and atom of your being. God did not create you to suffer nor did you come through to this lifetime in order to be fearful or depressed. Sometimes, though, you humans do decide to learn more quickly through certain pain. It seems as if you learn the lesson faster when pain is involved. Perhaps it is now time to move beyond that wavelength.
There have been many civilizations where pain was not involved in the learning process. Lemuria is a wonderful example of this. The Lemurians were without pain, without hate, without sadness. They truly appreciated one another they lived in their bliss and in their joy. What was that like? Can you remember? Can you remember the smiles, the singing, the dancing? Can you remember the completeness of your heart? Every day was a cause for celebration. Each person was invested in learning more about themselves and their loved ones on a spiritual level it was all about the greatest good of all. How beautiful it is to stand in that energy to feel that glow to know that peace.
You can feel this love, this vibration, this energy once again should you choose to. It is a conscious choice you must make, plain and simple. And we are sure, that with your human logical minds, you can think of a million and one reasons why this would not work, but we are here to tell you that it can work. It is working now, even if you cannot see it, even if you cannot feel it. The fast moving energy on your planet now is reawakening to the vibration of Lemuria. So many of you have incarnated during this time now, because you are here to assist in this change you are here to give power and strength to the collective consciousness that is making this change possible. What a wonderful gift you are giving. How admirable it was for you to stand up and say pick me for this remarkable journey this amazing time of growth and rebirth taking place right in front of your very own eyes. It is with the most Divine Love that we honor your choice to be a part of this miracle.
Your reality is all in what you make it. You can choose to believe, or not. You can choose to focus on the positive, or not. You can open your heart, your mind and your soul to the limitless possibilities. Yes, children, you are limitless in the things you can do and accomplish. You are a child of Mother/Father God and that greatness lives and breathes inside you. Feel that light inside know that you are safe. Know that you are deserving of all that is right and all that is good.
Now, again with a quiet mind, we ask that you focus on your heart chakra. Breathe in, breathe out. Release all the worries of the day, and just let your energy settle into your heart. Now, picture the most beautiful, golden light coming into your heart. At first, it is but a small spark of glowing electricity. Then it ignites into a spectacular, golden flame. It is warm and inviting it is familiar. It surrounds your heart and blankets it with this beautiful feeling of love and peace. As you breathe, the light becomes more radiant you feel more and more at ease. Feel the lightness, feel the energy. Feel how at ease you are with this vibration this is a soul memory. It is a memory of what used to be, and what will come again. This is the golden light of Lemuria, children. You hold this in your heart at all times. Channeled Message Stand in Your Spirit

Dear Ones,
The loving energy of this world of yours truly enthralls us. The vibration upon your planet is rising and flourishing. This could not happen without your valiant and courageous efforts and we bless and thank you for this.
Yes, children, you are full of courage, full of faith. It is not easy in a world that is so technologically driven to dwell within your heart and your soul. We watch as many of your people choose to believe in all they see on your TV stations, your internet and what is written in your newspapers. They take all these words and opinions as pure truth with no discernment over what fits and what does not fit. But you, however, decide to feel and seek the truth with the power of your heart and of your intuition. You unravel the mystery through your spirit this is the most Divine Way to sense truth. In a place where it is easy to get caught up in the doom and gloom mentality of things, you have chosen to look and feel beyond that scope. In turn, your faith and your trust have helped in creating this wonderful vibration you are experiencing now. You have blessed others with this contribution. Know how powerful this way of viewing your world is.
Let us explain how we see it from our side of the veil when you view energy through your spirit. We see all humans as spiritual beings walking around in earth suits you call bodies. Inside this body contains a physical system, a soul and an ego. Most humans are driven from the stand point of their ego this ego makes judgments, calls the shots regarding decisions and reacts and takes action when necessary. There are the spiritually evolved people who sense from their spirit who see and feel from that loving vibration of the God Within themselves. Not to judge ego as being bad, it has its place, as does all things. However, an ego is very hungry and will require you to feed it frequently depending on its size and structure. A person with a large ego needs much more energy sent into their egos direction than someone whose ego is not that large. What if, you could feed your spirit instead? What if that extra energy was given to your soul, your spirit your sixth sense? What would that look like?
It is a conscious decision you all make as to how you view your world. Where will you view it from ego or spirit? Every time you view anything from spirit, you add to the collection consciousness of Divine Spirit in this universe. Every time you view from spirit you are an example for another spirit to follow Your light shines so brightly that you shine that beautiful God energy within you that awakens the God energy within others. What a miracle what a blessings. To help others to grow through your actions alone is truly remarkable.

A message from Michael Why Compare Yourself?
We sense the struggle within you as the energy of your higher self emerges LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE! Do not allow the judgment and disregard of others to interfere with your own actions. Stand in your truth stand in your power stand in the Divinity of the love that you truly are and always will be.
To compare one persons path to another is like comparing one star in the sky to another star each is so beautiful, each so unique each having its very own place in the sky, but also embracing the collective whole of the universe, just as we are all ONE. Each star plays its role along with the others, as they need one another to shine so brightly. You cannot really compare one to another as each is different yet one in the same. The duality of this may confuse you, so let us break it down further for you.
To use someone else as your measuring stick how you want to be, what you want to achieve is truly a disservice to yourself. You should always measure your greatness based upon your own efforts, your free will, and your spirit not someone elses accomplishments. Just as the analogy of the star comparison comes into play to compare one star to another is also a disservice. For while one may appear to shine more brightly than another, from a different angle, from a different perspective, the entire perception shifts. And in fact, each serves a purpose, and possibly the one that has the appearance of shining the brightest was placed next to the other star in order to light their pathway in the sky.
We would suggest that you remember this example the next time you feel jealousy or insecurity based on comparing yourself to another person. Remember, you are all one in the same, all working towards the greater good of all. If someone rubs you the wrong way, or appears to make you feel smaller in any way (and remember, no one can MAKE you feel a certain way this is a conscious choice that you make) look for the lesson in this. Is it truly the person you are unhappy with is it really them that creates this feeling of lack within you? Or is it what the person represents the energy they convey the feeling and power of being and breathing their truth could this be where the jealousy and lack stem from?
Search your hearts, Children. Know that you are all perfection in all ways. Know that when insecurities arise, this is a lesson to be learned from within you. You can only be the best person you can be you cannot walk the path of another person. You have no idea what that persons path has been, or the life lessons they have already accumulated.
Stand tall and walk your own journey to the best of your ability and be proud of who you are this is the only measurement or comparison you will ever need ask yourself, Am I Giving It My All?
Life is all about allowances, boundaries, and compromises. It is also about opening yourself up to fly as high as you can it is not about settling on anyone elses ideas of who you are or who you should be. Celebrate the wonder of who you are, right now in this very moment. That is the gift, Children, YOU are the gift. Treat yourself as the prize and miracle you rightly are. ~*~

Happy Monday ~*~ (August 28th)
Last week, I had the gift and the blessing of a short trip to Sedona ALL BY MYSELF. It was the first time in my whole life I have been alone. It was an awesome experience, and I did a lot of channeling and writing. Here is what came through on August 21st :
So here I am, staring at the stars and thinking about release and surrender. Where does one travel to reach that point that decision- that energy? Is it an inner knowing, or is it the mystery one must discover on their own? I am doing much soul searching now to get to that point.

Dear One-
You ask of this subject release we see the war within you as you search to find the DIVINE ANSWER to your questions. Perhaps putting the situation in the simplest and easiest form is the solution to ALL things.
Let go of the future and stay in the present moment of NOW look deeply into the situation and feel the energy ALL the energy of the present moment even those that you wish to close your eyes to even the energy that you are responsible for. As you know, you exist on this planet of free will you have scripted this into your own contract your soul has made the conscious choice to learn whatever lessons are the result of this current situation. No one can force you to feel a certain way, or act a certain way if you believe this as truth, then you are giving your power away, and what a pity that would be.
As you look into this situation how does it feel? From the vantage point of your higher self look at present time and stand in the energy Does it serve your higher purpose? Does it make you feel good about yourself? Do you feel safe? Sit with the questions and really search your soul for the answers. Allow your spirit, and not your emotional and logical ego, to journey through these feelings.
The bottom line is that you are souly nope not a typo we use this spelling to make a point You are SOULY responsible for your own happiness, for your own spiritual evolvement, for all the scripting in your own life. You are both the writer, director, and the main star in this screenplay of life that you live. How will you write your part? Start with a blank page, and visualize the lines filling up each section. Will you be a hero, a victim, a loving stranger? What does your relationship with yourself look like? Now see yourself in other relationships Remember, you cannot change another person but you can change your reactions you have regarding that person.
Always come from the energy of Divine Love in ALL situations, no matter how painful they may be. Choose love above all else this helps the energy shift and become grounded and centered.
Love, Trust and Know the right and true decisions are coming. You are making them for your highest good and for the Greatest Good of ALL.
Live in Your Truth that is the most Divine Gift you can give others.

Lately I have been doing a lot of soul searching letting go of those things in my life that no longer serve my higher purpose and really focusing on release and surrender. This message came through this morning while I was at Red Rock and relates to those subjects to me personally. The channeling came through Arch Angel Jophiel ~*~
Dear Ones,
You ask this question of happiness why are you afraid to allow it into your life the more you pick this question apart inside your logical mind the more it does not make sense. Let us approach this from another direction.
Look at this situation from the view of an adult to a child If you saw a small child who had never experienced happiness who had felt trauma, control, abuse, and never felt safe in their life how would that child feel about happiness? Would it feel foreign? Would it feel comfortable? Would it be enticing yet dangerous all at the same time? Realize that inside, you are that child wounded and terrified of change. But as you work through the past traumas, the cell memory of hurt, you create space for happiness for love, joy and bliss. There is so much reward in release and so much beauty in letting go.
If you were an adult viewing this childs experience you would not judge the child for not accepting happiness into his heart. You would feel love and compassion for the child you would surround him in Divine Love and do all you could to make him feel safe and secure. Why do you not view yourself from this perspective? Why create more sadness by beating your head up against a wall for not being happy? You do not expect a wounded, abused animal to jump into your lap, wag their tail and lick your hand why impose such unreal expectations upon yourself? Happiness is not a light switch you turn on and off it is readily available, yes most certainly it is your birth right as a beautiful child of God, definitely and it is surely a conscious choice you all have the free will to make. So we ask what will you choose, Children? Will you choose to find happiness and experience this state of joy and bliss?
And we can hear those logical thoughts clicking away inside your brains if you choose happiness how do you get there? Let us explain to simplify this process. True happiness comes from deep within your spirit it is not something you experience outside yourself, but rather something experienced and felt deep within. It is that piece of God the Christ Self the I AM inside that ignites the light of happiness. It is such a bright light it can melt away the feelings of guilt, hatred, unworthiness, fear and shame. Tap into this energy, this light, and surround yourself in its vibration. Feel the warmth, feel the safety, and feel the beautiful energy of Gods unconditional love. Can you see that this has been inside you all the time? No one can take this from you no situation, no hurt, and no pain. It is a very simple process to tap into this energy and allow it to flow through you.
Your soul was designed to experience happiness and joy on every level possible sometimes it is easy as a human to lose faith in that concept with so many things going on in your busy human lives. We suggest that you make it a daily practice in your life to bring forth this energy within you to call in the energy of your God Self and feel the true wonderment and bliss of happiness. The more you experience it, the easier it will become. The more you bring in this light the more it will melt away the doubt and darkness of past hurts and traumas.
Do what makes your hearts sing, Children. Celebrate this path and journey you are on for it is one of great purpose. Know that we love and support you on all levels and in ever way.

Happy Sunday!!!
Well, I was woke up this morning with this message buzzing around in my head. I couldn't move my fingers fast enough to type the words out, the message was coming so strong and so fast. I could even see little purple sparks flying everywhere around the ocmputer, so that was really cool. It was a great experience for me and a message I was honored and happy to bring through.

Yesterday, I had the wonderful experience of attending the Virtual Light Broadcast here in town put on through Lightworker. I love being in the energy of so many beautiful, spiritual people and the messages and information that is conveyed is always warm and intriguing. One of my favorite parts of the program is Charmaines Corner. Charmaine is a lovely woman and is highly gifted on so many levels. The message that she has every month always speaks so directly to my heart. It is as if my heart opens wide, just ready to accept the wisdom and perspective she has to offer it. Her message yesterday was all about truth and outcome, and where we direct our energy.
Most of the time, we focus so strongly on the outcome of things our goals, our hopes and dreams for the future and we send our energy in that direction to make connections along the way to that outcome. But if we take the time to truly go within, and focus on our truth we draw those connections into our lives simply by being in that very vibration of truth itself.
This message, though so simple, hit me like a ton of bricks. I had tears flowing as I not only heard and understood the message she spoke of but how the energy of this resonated so deeply into my soul. Even now, as I write these words, the tears still well up within me as I hear the words, Youre getting it, Dear One whispered in my ear. Lately, I have really been searching for an answer, and I know now that this is what I have been looking for. I am so blessed to have the opportunity to be around such amazing people like Charmaine that bring forth messages like this that are so needed and necessary.
I have asked to channel a message to go deeper into this subject, and here is what followed:

Dear Ones,
Such lessons you are learning! The laughter and squeals of joy are loud and long on this side of the veil. For we know you have chosen this journey we know you have chosen this ride. And while most of you may not remember completely why you have chosen this, you are still standing tall, walking through, and pushing the limits to learn what you came here to learn. This takes strength, this takes power, this takes pure faith and trust and for this we are so incredibly proud of you. We stand with you in all that you do. We add our energy to yours in support and love. Ask us for assistance and guidance whenever it is needed.
The channel today and by this we refer to Danielle has asked that a message come through us about truth. It seems that - no lets rephrase that there is no seems - it either is or is not It is cold hard fact, that the channel has been struggling with issues of truth being in the truth going within for her truth understanding it and most of all LIVING this truth. We also will add that one of her life lessons is TRUTH which makes this an even more intricate path and journey for her to take. We give the channel as this example, for she struggles with this lesson of truth, just as we watch many of you struggle. So while this message may be personal to her, it conveys understanding and wisdom for all to share.
For part of your experience as a human is searching for the truth you have set out to find, is it not? If you came into being knowing all there is to know, and having no puzzle pieces to find, no mystery to uncover, why would you ever leave home in the first place? You came here to further your souls growth through experiences and challenges you would never face on the other side. You came here to work through issues and cell memory and karma that have been with you life time after life time. Those of you who have chosen specifically to incarnate at this time, jumped on board for the wild ride where you get the opportunity to clear all of these blocks, these imprints, and truly ascend on so many different levels. A large part of working through and learning to rise to the higher vibrations, both on a physical level and spiritual level, and even more so on ALL levels is finding your own truth being in that energy knowing who you are and what you stand for.
So what is truth? You humans can make this concept such a difficult one, yet it is really very simple. The things that seem to cloud your judgment are those filters you have put over your vision that have been caused by others who have instilled their beliefs to you. These falsities are merely little bumps in the road little detour trips you take until you are back on track to your own truth your own beliefs. What can happen though is that you take on the judgments and the concepts of others and adopt them as your truth. You accept their harsh words and their negativity as your own. That feeling of lack, of insecurity, of doubt, of unworthiness can come into your being and become your truth if you allow it in. This is all part of the process, so do not feel bad or angry if this has happened to you. For some of you, and perhaps most of you, have easily adopted the viewpoints of what others have thought about you in the past but we ask the question were these perspectives right and true? Are they the truth of others, or are they your own personal truth?
Realize Dear Ones, that these lessons you learn are so necessary. They need not be painful, but sometimes they are. And realize also that when you accept the criticisms of others those that give it are playing the game of life just as you are. If you did not learn through these experiences, how would you grow, both as a person and a spirit? How would you learn to release what that does not serve you and truly appreciate what does? The people in your life who push your buttons, and who judge you, and attempt to hold you back from the goodness that you really are these people are some of your greatest teachers. For they make you look at what your reality actually is they force you to step back from that situation and say, wait a minute this is not true this is not my truth. And by no longer owning or buying into these untruths the drama, the chaos this is when you clear your vision to find that truth that lies within you within your heart within every cell and atom of your being.
Finding your truth is a process, indeed, Dear Ones, and we do not mean to belittle this journey, for it is a great one and one that many seek, and sometimes do not find. Know that you are on the right road know that when you remain open to accepting and receiving the goodness and the love that your truly deserve, that this is when you allow that truth to shine even brighter. It is like a beautiful beacon of light calling and directing you to find it. Let us simplify this process of finding truth a bit further.
Picture a newborn baby in your mind. This child comes into this world still closely attached to the other side while the veil is in place; the child still carries the vibration of home and all the expectations and understandings of Mother/Father Gods love and wisdom. This child expects, and yes, demands, that all their needs be met. When the baby cries it knows that it will be taken care of in whatever form it needs a hug, a feeding, a changing. It expects all that is necessary for its survival and for the baby to thrive and grow, because that is the childs inherent truth. The child comes into this world as a true being of God created in all Gods likeness and understanding knowing that it is deserving of all that is good knowing that it is worthy and loved knowing that it has been created by pure unconditional love on the most highest level. Can you understand this image this example we have given? And can you accept in your heart that you are a child of God and deserving of all these things as well?
You have that piece of God within you you have that connection, and it will never leave you, no matter what untruths you have bought into in the past. You are deserving of all that is good for this is how and why you were created to experience the goodness, to experience the love, and the understanding. And yes, sometimes it is a long journey back to the perspective of that little baby but it does not have to be. Now is the time to let go of the untruths that no longer serve you now is the time to cast out the limiting beliefs of others that you have allowed to hold you back from your goodness. It can be a simple process if you allow it to be if you accept it as such. Open your heart to allow that beautiful and wondrous light of God to shine, and forgive yourself for believing in any truth that does not resonate with that vibration. For you cannot really allow that light to shine brightly and still hold onto beliefs of self doubt and unworthiness.
The universal truth for all mankind is uncomplicated. You are all loved beyond measure you are all created in this love and meant to experience great joy you all have that piece of the Creator that is inside you and as you allow it to shine brightly you activate the same vibration in others you all deserve goodness and love in your life. Are you ready to remove the filters that have been in place for so long and move into this truth? At times it can be comfortable staying in energy you have become familiar with even if it does not serve you in a positive fashion. We ask that you remove yourself from this box you have placed yourself in, and step outside the walls of your comfort zone. Ask for our assistance, and we will take your hands and lead you back to the truth as it has always been intended for you to find.
Your life is not meant to be a struggle. You did not plan your lifetime from the other side and decide, yes, this lifetime you want to be miserable, and every bad thing you want to experience, and you want to be full of lack and unworthiness. Situations have presented themselves for you to work through them in order to get back to the universal truth that really lies within you. You are only stuck or struggling if you allow yourself to believe that you are stuck or struggling.
It is much easier to go along your journey when you keep to and know your truth. You do not have to become attached to outcomes or attempt to control them when you are really connected to your truth. The vibration that you send out, as you all should know, comes back to you in full force. So, if you believe you are deserving of all that is good goodness come into your life. If you accept the untruth that you are not worthy situations will present themselves for you to work through in order to learn the real truth that you are worthy. Remember, all those red flags will keep coming for you to learn what you need to learn until you accept the lesson.
This is not easy, and we understand. We cannot feel your frustration, because it is not a vibration of home, but we see the emotion on your faces as you work through this lesson in truth. Remember that baby and all of its expectations and understandings. You are a Child of God, just as that baby is. You are most deserving of all that is good. Know this, Children- You are a part of God and God is a part of you. Hold that truth close to your heart.

Well, lots went on in my day before this message came through. It started like one of those days where things just escalate from one thing to another. I woke up with a migraine from my mind working overtime last night, which continued onto a plumbing problem in the kitchen that left my house smelling like rotten fish (not pleasant at all), which snowballed to other various issues. I could not decide which would happen first me passing out from the nausea and pain or if my head would explode from the stress. Then, on the way to drop off the kids at school, I started replaying the mornings events in my head. Suddenly, instead of seeing it from Chicken Littles viewpoint of Oh My God, the sky is falling, I really saw the humor in it all. I saw the morning in a series of events like a hilarious movie including the part where I was trying to plunge the sink out and last nights dinner sprayed all over me and my daughter. I started laughing so hysterically, that the kids thought I was having a panic attack and had basically, finally, lost it. And this, of course, made me laugh even harder. Sometimes, we get tested in life well, okay - ALL the time we get tested in life. It is how we view these tests, whether they are large or small, that really makes the difference in the lessons we learn. I learned to laugh at myself and these tests today for it really is a big game after all. You might as well enjoy it while youre playing.

We come to you this great day to bestow love and joy upon you. ACCEPT this joy and love into your being, for you are all Children of God and are most worthy and deserving of this lightness.
Such transition and shifting of energy is occurring within within your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual realms. What a blessing it truly is to have so many healers present upon your planet at this time they are so necessary for the assistance they bring in serving others through this change. Realize and be grateful for the huge, overwhelming support system that is right in front of you awaiting to be asked for help. Your world is brimming full of Lightworkers who have incarnated at this time to serve others through this ascension. Reach out and receive there is no shame inn asking another soul for guidance. As we are all one, this is necessary in the evolvement of all that is.
Such a large concept for you RECEIVING seems to be. Why is this, Dear Ones? Is it not easy to understand that as a being created in the likeness of Mother/Father God that you are worthy of RECEIVING ALL that is good? Look into your own understanding of receiving and what it means to you on your physical and spiritual levels. What are you receiving NOW in your life? What have you received previously in your life and what has changed? Let the first words, thoughts, and feelings come through for this is your truth. Do not analyze or question the answers that come forth, accept them sit with them. If you have a negative perception of receiving, then it is only obvious through the Universal laws of attraction that you open yourself to receive negativity into your life. This happens on a very deep level in your subconscious mind, but it is one that can be consciously changed if you desire to do so. It is a simple means of changing your perception.
If you awaken in the morning, asking and expecting to receive wonderful things then wonderful things will happen. If you awaken and expect the other shoe to drop, or ask the dreaded question What else can go wrong? Then what are you inviting into your life to receive? We sometimes wonder it you realize the power and energy the words you put forth and speak truly have. Everything is energy, Dear Ones, and energy reaches out through all time and space. Energy attracts like energy vibrations match other vibrations. Imagine the energy you can receive if you choose to.
You were created with the inner knowledge and ability to receive all the goodness available in the universe. When you decided to come learn this lifetime, on this planet, the veil was put in place so that your knowledge of home would be blocked. This was necessary in order for you to grow as a soul and learn the lessons you have chosen. With your rise in consciousness, the veil is becoming thinner. It is now time to remember receiving and the part if plays in your life.
If you are not receiving what you would like right now, release it and unplug from that energy. Bring into your life what you want. It really can be that simple it is merely insecurity and limiting thoughts that hold you back from making this happen.
Life was not meant to be a struggle, Dear Ones. It is a gift, an adventure, a delightful mystery waiting to be solved receive it as the miracle it truly is.

I am REALLY excited about the channeled message that came through this morning. I have been seeing these beings for a while now in my dream and meditation time, and they have chosen today to come through with a message. I had an inclination of this yesterday, as I called upon their help to assist in some distance work I was doing for a close friend. This friend was going through a situation that was not comfortable, and I was sending healing to help with their anxiety and sadness. As I connected with my friends energy, I was guided through these beings to hold my Lemurian crystal over my heart, and send heart energy to my friend. I could see a golden heart, and golden energy emerge from my heart to the heart of my friend and envelop us both. It was a remarkable experience for me. Amazing that this happened yesterday, before the following channeling.

We come to you this day with great joy and love. We see the re-awakening and remembrance that continues on your planet and we are completely excited and enthralled at these occurrences. This is how it should be this is how it MUST be for the great shift occurring in your consciousness to happen. This change is happening at a much accelerated rate, especially for those who are actively seeking it those of you who understand who have made the sacred contracts to incarnate during this time of re-emergence of the true light and kindred spirit that is and always shall be Lemuria.
Remember the vibration of what you once knew as the land of Mu for it resides deep within you. It is present in your soul DNA in every cell and every atom that you have ever been and ever will be. Truly tap into this energy the complete and fulfilling energy of Mother/Father God of the utmost, powerful sense of true happiness and unconditional love. Feel this energy call it out from the depths of your soul sit with is and remember (side note from Danielle they make me stop at this point as I close my eyes and sit with this feeling, I see the land of Lemuria the tropical forests, the green mountains, the sea, the beauty of the flowers and multitude of colors that seem to dance across the landscape that is painted before me. I feel safe, I feel at home, I feel this is my sanctuary I feel only love. I also feel a great stirring inside me for what once was as this energy is activated. I feel balanced and energized this must be what true peace feels like).
Look inside your heart for here is where it is most easy to rekindle this energy of Mu. Picture a golden light inside your heart chakra that begins as a small spark, and grows brighter and brighter. See and feel the vibrancy, the illumination, the pure, exquisite, passionate miracle of this light. As it grows, it encompasses your heart and moves on to further surround you completely - body, mind, heart, and soul. This is how you once lived, Children, this is how things once were - always surrounded in this wondrous, magnificent, golden light. This is how the ways of paradise and love once began - all created from this golden light.
We know that this shift in consciousness is not an easy thing for some of you. We are quite aware of the personal struggles and traumas some of you are going through. We ask, that in these times of unrest, you remember to enlist this golden light as an aid to assist with your soul growth. You have all chosen these paths, these lessons, and yes, Dear Ones, the pains and the sorrows that at times go hand and hand with such great transitions. Know that through all of this, there are such great rewards. You are truly moving onward and upward into further enlightenment. You have chosen this path of ascension and it serves you well.
Work with this golden light through meditation and daily practices, and it will further your growth. The more you accept and allow this activation to occur the easier you can handle all situations. Bring and call forth that which has been waiting for so long to emerge.
There is a golden heart that resides inside the Goddess of Lemuria. She spreads the golden light vibration to all who connect with her. She is a representation of Mother God, of all that is Divinely Feminine. Picture the energy of this golden heart merging with your own and allow it to open your heart further to this vibration. It is a magnificent feeling to be in this energy.
Find the time to quiet your minds and relax in sacred space each day. We watch your busy schedules and know that for many of you, this can be a difficult task to be quiet. Sacred space can be achieved by intention alone you need not worry so about colors, or pillows, music and lighting if you do not wish to. Sacred space can be in your car, at the soccer field, even at the local Starbucks if need be. Bring the sacredness back into your lives for focus, for clarity, for peace. It is a true necessity, especially at this stage of re-awakening that is happening now. Know that we, the Elders of Mu, are always at your side. We work with you, whether called upon consciously or unconsciously in wake time or in dream state. You, who have existed in the times of Lemuria are eternally connected wit us, as are any souls who wish our council, support and complete and total unconditional love.
