Well for many of us, summer has finally arrived. For our families, it is a time to slow down a bit, and look at the direction as to what we wish to accomplish in the remaining six months of 2008. I hope to get some much needed rest over the next couple weeks.
To date, there have been many updates to Angels & Ghosts and there will be more coming in the future. For now, we continue to publish evidence of ghosts and angels (spirits) through photos and stories.
Don't forget to join the Angels & Ghosts Forum community. It is interactive and very alive! You can create your own page and really interact with others of like-mind. By the way, another way to get updates to the Angels & Ghosts main site is to use the Angels & Ghosts RSS Feed. It is a great way to receive new articles and stories right on your desktop through your feed reader!
Experiments on a ghost communication device which we have dubbed the "Spirit Box" has been yielding some fantastic messages. There will more experiments put in place in the near future. Our focus has been in using the device to work with spirits who are trapped here. These people are called "earthbound spirits" and are true ghosts. They simply need our help to move on unto the light and to continue their journey in life. This is what hell is: being trapped in trauma by the power of the mis-thinking mind. So in the future, look for dedicated articles about spirit rescue and how you can help those on the other side "cross-over." Recently, a good friend of mine, Marty, and I visited a former mental hospital and a cemetery with the spirit communication device. The amount of "help me" messages were staggering. The presence in the air was electric, and tangible. We spoke to the spirits and worked to move many of them forward in life. These types of experiments will yield some fantastic information to assist others who wish to work with hurting people on the other side. So, stay tuned...
Thinking about "hell" and lost souls really began to eat away at me. The more I thought about the many mis-teachings concerning hell and demons, the more compelled I felt to write about what I know concerning these doctrines. You see, we are finding that the doctrine of an eternal hell and demons, actually puts people into a mental state of torment through the promotion of fear. So, it is time to work on "undoing" the fearful, false teachings regarding hell, demons & ghosts, and demons & thoughts. Please take time to read these articles and do so with an open mind. Remember that many of the beliefs we hold onto as truth, were learned from someone else. What if those who taught us such things were only teaching what they had been taught? And what if what they had been taught was in error? Consider this...

I decided to spend days writing about the false teaching of eternal punishment, namely Hell, that some pulpit puppets panhandle as truth.
This erroneous, fear-mongering doctrine actually creates earthbound spirits (ghosts) and puts people on both sides of the grave in a mental state of HELL.

"Demonologist" is the new buzz-word in the paranormal investigation world. Hence, people are discussing demons, being in fear of them and looking for them to be the cause of many a haunting or possession. Yet, people do not question where their beliefs in such entities arose. We need to think, "Where did I learn this belief and what was its origin?" Someone taught this belief in demons, so who was it? The word "demon" was derived from the word, "daimon." A daimon never was an evil emissary of "the devil." So why do so many believe in what they have "learned" from religion, when religion created this idea? May 2008 has been another busy month so far at Angels & Ghosts, as we have made quite a few updates since last month.
First of all, the Angels & Ghosts Forum community has been very interactive and growing fast. You can create your own page and really interact with others of like-mind. Secondly, the Angels & Ghosts RSS Feed is a great way to receive new articles and stories right on your desktop through your feed reader!
Experiments on a ghost communication device which we have dubbed the "Spirit Box" has been yielding some fantastic messages. You can listen to my radio interview on "Let's Talk Ghosts," hear the ghost box audio clips and my explanation of them, as well as what we are doing to bring the "Spirit Box" to fruition. In fact, we made some quick demo videos for YouTube, MySpace and Revver. You can watch them here at our YouTube channel: Angels & Ghosts Spirit Box Videos. Needless to say, we had announced some time ago our direction was changing, and that new technology would be a part of our focus.
For May, we posted new angel and ghost pictures, as well as ghost videos and ghost stories. Much time was also spent in categorizing our Angel Stories section. This will make it easier to find the type of angel stories one might be looking for to study.

Tonight on "Let's Talk Ghosts" with host Doc J, I will be discussing the development of our ghost box prototype, and will provide some audio clips from recent investigations with SIGHT.

Mysterious Visitors
Recently we updated our angel stories page and categorized it for better use. Some of the most interesting angel stories we receive are about mysterious visitors who come and bring help or a message of encouragement in people's lives...all at the perfect time. What is amazing is that typically they show up seemingly out of no where, then disappear the same way. Want to see what I am talking about? I thought I would post some videos of how we operate our ghost box, so novices can see how easy it is to use it, record it, upload it and analyze it. These are basic videos, but sometimes we need to be basic. :)
YouTube Ghost Box Videos
There has been banter on here that Radio Shack Hacks are not the same as a Frank's Box, and they are different...but they do work. For consideration, the latest versions of the Frank's Box have gone to linear sweep just like the Radio Shack Hacks. Frank does his own customizing (even his own Radio Shack hack he built differently - what a master builder!), but the concept is the same: sweeping radio produces audio fragments and white noise that somehow allow the communication with spirits/ghosts via either manipulation, or as a carrier. It's sort of like how EVP recorded seems to often occur while people are talking. Can human voices also be used as a carrier for ghostly messages? Hmmm...
For those who think that by looking at the electronics schematics on these devices, that this is impossible for it to work - I would agree if you just look at the schematics. We thought the same thing. But I can assure you, that when these devices are in capable hands in a haunted location, they can light up and function unbelievably! Two haunted places we tested them in recently gave us over 20 audio messages each. Sometimes they work wonders; other times not; but they do work. I mentioned haunted locations to illustrate a point, but ghost boxes also work where you are at...just let it run and you'll find out. I heard my name and my wife's name so many times, I started to become intrigued (early on). One of the times I heard my wife's name, I thought "Why would you say her name?" The phone rang 30 seconds later and it was of course her calling me...hhmmm. Wise spirits?

April 2008 has been a busy month so far at Angels & Ghosts, as we have quite a few updates for you regarding ghosts and spirits!
First of all, we upgraded the Angels & Ghosts Forum to a "community-style" message board not unlike MySpace. You can create your own page and really interact with others of like-mind. Sign-up and try it out at: Angels & Ghosts Message Board. You will be surprised how fun it is!
Secondly, we now have RSS feed (you can find the RSS link at the bottom of the home page). It's a great way to receive new articles and stories right on your desktop through a feed reader!
Thirdly, we made the music player on the home page default to "music off." If you still wish to hear the Angels & Ghosts music, simply scroll down to the bottom of the homepage and click the play button on the player.
Finally, for this month, we have not posted any new angel or ghost pictures, yet, as we are undergoing re-design - so stay tuned. We did, however, expand our section on angels, shadow ghosts and haunted lighthouses. Below are some of the new additions:
Shadow Ghosts - learn about shadow ghosts and take a look at the links to pictures and videos, as well.
Fairport Harbor Lighthouse - there's more than a ghost cat here. We recorded some ghost box audio mentioning the name of one of the former lighthouse keepers!
Angel Information Page - we really expanded this section, digging into traditional, historical and spiritual interpretations. You'll enjoy the new article entitled, "Angels in Tribal Cultures."
