Thanks for the comment on my blog, Ken. I'm in agreement with you in part - which is why I said I'm not sure it's a good thing to see spirits or not. As with a prior blog I had written, you recommended I get a St. Benedict pendant. I actually had purchased one on a crucifix I wear on all investigations. I know it's a Catholic symbol - being I'm not Catholic, but at least to me it helps to feel more grounded and to call on God more when I need Him.
