Hi! There are a few of us on IAH who are interested in history.
Hey! There are so many people who don't think they are interested in history but are interested in hauntings; I think they go hand in hand. It looks like you have had the opportunity to visit some amazing places in the "Western Theater" of Civil War battlefields. I'm jealous. But, here in Virginia we have plenty to pick from (must be the whole "grass is greener" thing). I bet Vicksburg was incredible. My personal favorite is Gettysburg and I try to go once a year. I'm NEVER disappointed with experiences.
I've changed your name. No longer will you be known as Mr. Innocent. No, sir...for you...Troublemaker, with a capital T. I'm just having a difficult time believing that so many mishaps can follow one man. tee hee Karla
The Kendrick House in Carthage was nice. If you like the Civil War Era, you would definitely find it interesting. A couple of the girls in our group did get a lot of "feelings" in the old house. We are going back for another investigation in a few weeks. We did catch some evidence while we were there the first time, so we are hoping to get even more this time around. You should visit.
Haha, there are lots of us around. WW2 reenacting isn't as widespread as civil war reenacting, but at least we can still meet with some of the veterens of the war we portray. Thanks for stopping by, and thanks for the comment.
