Hi there,

     I saw your bulletin about your friends work place.  You know what, I know exactly what you are talking about.  I and my sister both experienced this at Waverly Hills.  Both instances happened at times when other things were going on.

     We were hearing audible voices, footsteps, temperature drops and smells.  Does she have any of this when she sees them?
