Classical, Big Band, Swing, BIG Frank Sinatra fan!, some Country (i.e. Nickle Creek) and any recordings from the European group: Rondo Veneziano. I like some of the music from Musicals and Movie Soundtracks (especially the old ones.) A die-hard "classic" Christmas Music fan, Enya, Native American Music and some Instrumental Music.

Remember the Titans, Hoosiers, The Glenn Miller Story, The Benny Goodman Story, Master & Commander, many A&E movies based on classic novels, Poirot Mystery Movies, the Lord of the Rings trilogy, Star Wars trilogy, Rudy, a big fan of some of the Hallmark Hall of Fame movies and anything old and classic. I do like Action Movies if they keep them "clean" but mostly I prefer the Old Black & White Classics - you know, where people actually were good actors and there was a great and interesting plot to the story; too many Movies these days rely too much on special effects, gore and/or SHOCK to make a "good" movie!

Anything written by the Catholic author Matthew Kelly. Anything written by Jan Karon. Some Science Fiction (Star Wars novels are my favorite!) Classic Children's Books. I also like autobiographies of famous people. As well, I enjoy Historical Novels. The Holy Bible. Any writings of the Saints. Any type of motivational book that helps me be a better person than I was before I read it! Hey, just give me Classic old Novel and I am happy!

Writing, Reading, watching Old Movies, Gardening, Listening to Good Music (Classical, Big Band, Swing, some Country.) Studying the Paranormal to decipher what aspects of it are true (of the light) and which are false (of the darkness.) I used to love playing Tennis and Swing Dancing until a "botched up" surgery took care of that!

I am a Roman Catholic (who generally takes his faith seriously.) I hope I am a person with a pretty good sense of humor. I enjoy making people laugh and having a good time; though I also cherish my time alone to refuel the batteries! I am an "easy-going skeptic" in regards to many things paranormal, though I have experienced a number of personal things myself on more than one occasion. Some day I am hoping to make sense of it all . . . My quest is to discover and live a life of TRUTH based upon my religious beliefs; yet I still have a little knowledge regarding the paranormal which has always intrigued me.

My faith. My family. My friends. Reading a great book. Getting the yard in really good shape. Travelling. Going out with friends. Watching a great movie that inspires me to love this life! Cooking. Paranormal Cable Shows. Ghost Stories. Storms. Walking or Hiking. Beautiful Fall Days. Receiving a letter, telephone call or email from a good friend!

Rude People. People who lack manners and common decency when it comes to treating other people. Boisterous, arrogant "know-it-alls." Loud Music. Closed-minded people involved in para-normal research who close their minds to the possiblity of other answers other than "Ghost" and the "occult." People in the "paranormal world" who automatically judge others because they profess to practice their Faith in Christianity.

Just stopping by to say hi. I think we are going to head up north to our land for the weekend, after we close the shop on Saturday. It will be so nice to get away. It's been awhile. I'm so looking forward to it. We still have a lot of work to get done on our new camper we have been building. It will be fun to take both Otis and Baxter with us. Otis just loves it and I'm sure Baxter will also. It will be all new to Baxter. I sure hope he likes camping as much as Otis does. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.  Hugs, Vicky

Hi, Just stopping by to say hi. I know I'm ready for the weekend also. I think it's going to be a working weekend though. Oh well. We have been so busy at the shop. We get our new boxer puppy, Baxter tomorrow after we close the shop. I just can't wait. We had plans to have the whole weekend off, until a lady came into the shop at the end of the day today and wants us to go look at her mothers estate up north. She needs everything moved out by next weekend. It's going to be a little over an hours drive, so we will have to take our trailer with us to start loading right away. I guess Otis and Baxter will be coming with us. I can't leave the new baby home all day long by himself. I just don't know where to turn anymore. LOL. It sure keeps us busy. I thought the older a person got the easier life was, but boy was I wrong. Hopefully in a few weeks we will be able to get away to spend some time up north at our land. Hope your weekend will be nothing but relaxing. Have a safe one. Hugs, Vicky

I want to explain why I have not been here to much. My mother has been very sick and we have all been having to care for her. It's been some really ruff days and nights. We keep hoping she will get better. She takes two steps forward and then one back. Hopefully she will be doing better soon. I so enjoy all the comments left, and that's about all the time I have had time for is to read them.

Reading my comments does help me cheer up some. Between both my mom and dad being sickly, we have also been very busy at the shop. I feel like I'm in a whirl wind some days. It's been touch and go with my mom, so please put her in your prayers. My dad is doing better.

Oh, and our new boxer puppy's name is going to be Baxter. At least that is what we are thinking right now. We haven't had much time to think, but I think that will be a cool name. Ya never know, it could change when we bring him home to live with us.

I hope all is going well with you. Have a wonderful week.

Hugs, Vicky
