I was born to Swing, with Jazz, in Ole Timey Country. I cut my teeth on Jerry Lee Lewis. I am a child of the marriage of Rockabilly and Johnny Cash, a 'tween' of the Beatles and a follower of Jimi Hendrix towards the rebellion of Black Sabbath. I got married to the Moody Blues and Deep Purple and I had my children among the Stones with The Who. The middle ages moved around the Cars and parked next to the Ramones. I smiled as I saw my grandchildren born Rancid and I look towards old age with the Bastard Fairies by my side.
I am the music and the music is me...without it...
I am into non-fiction pretty heavy...especially history, political science, archaeology, religions of the world, mythology of all Peoples, the occult and the paranormal...except UFO's
It is a not-for-profit organization that offers Indigenous Peoples of the world a vehicle to network through the Arts for the promotion of peace, cross-cultural understanding, tradition and language preservation, self-advancement, education and youth opportunity on an international level
All the Peoples of the world were Indigenous Peoples at one time. All Peoples of the world have held hands and danced in peace to honor the earth at one moment in our Human history. The need for the world to hold hands, dance in peace and honor the earth has never been as prevalent as it is today nor as important to the future.
The Arts have the ability to stretch across the canyons separating all cultures and all ages to form a bridge on which Peace can cross to begin the healing process and is the core of all that is
I have been many things in the first half century of my life but I have always been

My goal in life is to smile in my coffin.

I like cemeteries.
I grew up walking through cemeteries with my Aunt tracing our family tree.
I am of Scottish, Welsh and Native American heritage (Ojibwe) and have always had the knowledge of 'Spirits'.
I have never doubted that there are other dimensions surrounding us that we cannot always see. Being a homegrown Missouri gal, I lean towards the skeptic side of paranormal investigation.
I lived in a house for 22 years with poltergist activity but I have never seen a visual form.
My mother calls me a Dreamer. She says we have always had Dreamers in our family.
By Dreamer, she means someone who dreams messages or future events.
My Father was a Dreamer. My Aunt was a Dreamer.
I spend alot of time in the UK throughout the year and enjoy going through their ancient cemeteries and haunted locations. I have begun researching cemeteries in the UK.
No, I am not a cemetery stalker,
I am an artist who likes to photograph tombstones, sculpture and night photography.
I am reading more and more about paranormal investigation techniques, and I learn some from IAH, but I do not belong to a 'group' and I have never been on a 'group' investigation.
I have been watching paranormal groups with a sociology perception and find the culture interesting..but..only from a distance so far. Not interested in jumping into the middle of backstabbing, social climbing, and idol worshipping.
It is my hope to find a group that is 'none of the above' someday,
but I am a nomadic world traveler at this moment on my life's path
and commiting to any organization is difficult.
I have never been one for organized religion,
and I am sorry to say, the few groups I have thus far been exposed to,
are just that.
For the moment I am in the UK
BERRY POMEROY CASTLE
Below are slideshows of Berry Pomery Castle, one of England's most haunted castles, located near the village of Berry Pomeroy in Devon.
When I went there for the first time I had a wonderful time and would recommend it as a must see if you are ever in Southwest England!
In my blog, "Can Cemeteries be Haunted?" I talk about a cemetery where I get a lot of unexplained images. Below is a slideshow of that cemetery. I am still doing the historical research on it but it was established in the 1400's as a chapel, that is the first written mention of it on record. There is evidence of a burial ground having been at this location since prehistoric times. This is located in a small seaside village in the southwest of England with a strong Celtic tribal background.
The next two slideshows are the same cemetery at night.
(Please note, some of these images are shot in a series with a six second interval between shots. They are placed in the order of being shot).
To understand more about these images read my Blog on this page.
"When the trees their summer splendor Change to raiment red and gold, When the summer moon turns mellow, And the nights are getting cold; When the squirrels hide their acorns, And the woodchucks disappear; Then we know that it is autumn, Loveliest season of the year." - Carol L. Riser, Autumn
This is an ACTUAL letter from an Austin woman sent to Proctor and Gamble regarding their feminine products. She really gets rolling after the first paragraph. Dear Mr. Thatcher:
I have been a loyal user of your “Always” maxi-pads for over 20 years, and I appreciate many of their features. Why, without the Leak-Guard Core or Dri-Weave absorbency, I'd probably never go horseback riding or salsa dancing, and I'd certainly steer clear of running up and down the beach in tight, white shorts.
But my favorite feature has to be your revolutionary Flex-Wings. Kudos on being the only company smart enough to realize how crucial it is that maxi-pads be aerodynamic. I can' t tell you how safe and secure I feel each month knowing there's a little F-16 in my pants.
Have you ever had a menstrual period, Mr. Thatcher? Ever suffered from “the curse”? I'm guessing you haven't. Well, my time of the month is starting right now. As I type, I can already feel hormonal forces violently surging through my body. Just a few minutes from now, my body will adjust and I'll be transformed into what my husband likes to call “an inbred hillbilly with knife skills.” Isn't the human body amazing?
As Brand Manager in the Feminine-Hygiene Division, you've no doubt seen quite a bit of research on what exactly happens during your customers’ monthly visits from “Aunt Flo.” Therefore, you must know about the bloating, puffiness, and cramping we endure, and about our intense mood swings, crying jags, and out-of-control behavior. You surely realize it's a tough time for most women In fact, only last week, my friend Jennifer fought the violent urge to shove her boyfriend's testicles into a George Foreman Grill just because he told her he thought Grey's Anatomy was written by drunken chimps. Crazy!
The point is, sir, you of all people must realize that America is just crawling with homicidal maniacs in Capri pants...which brings me to the reason for my letter.
Last month, while in the throes of cramping so painful I wanted to reach inside my body and yank out my uterus, I opened an Always maxi-pad, and there, printed on the adhesive backing, were these words, “Have a Happy Period.”
Are you fu**ing kidding me? What I mean is, does any part of your tiny middle-manager brain really think happiness — actual smiling, laughing happiness is possible during a menstrual period? Did anything mentioned above sound the least bit pleasurable? Well…did it, James?
FYI, unless you're some kind of sick S&M freak girl, there will never be anything “happy” about a day in which you have to jack yourself up on Motrin and Kahlua and lock yourself in your house just so you don't march down to the local Walgreen's armed with a hunting rifle and a sketchy plan to end your life in a blaze of glory.
For the love of God, pull your head out, man! If you just have to slap a moronic message on a maxi-pad, wouldn't it make more sense to say something that's actually pertinent, like “Put Down the Hammer” or “Vehicular Manslaughter is Wrong,” or are you just picking on us?
Sir, please inform your Accounting Department that, effective immediately, there will be an $8 drop in monthly profits, for I have chosen to take my maxi-pad business elsewhere. And though I will certainly miss your Flex-Wings, I will not for one minute miss your brand of condescending bull sh*t. And that's a promise I will keep. Always.
I just really want to thank you on more of a personal level for the interest you took in my posting about the native american EVP. It shows the unity and gathering in this field is just as important to you, as it is to I. We have such a rich Native history in our state, that it is very important to remember them when we are doing what we do. We've had a rush of Native American spirits being seen over the last year.
We have our theories in our team as to why; age of development, raping of the land around us, and total disrepect when a tribal area is uncovered.
I'd love to hear more for you about what you've done, volunteered with, and maybe lean on your for further assistance when needed.
Thanks for the input on the Native American ancestry. I'll have to find out what tribes were most prevelant in Wisconsin and go from there. I'll also have to see if my friend remembers the tribe she's from, cuz I'm sure she'd like to do the same thing.
How's your mom doing? I hope everythings going good. You need anything just holler.
