I enjoy pretty much everything except for rap and opera.

Tombstone is probably my all time favorite movie and I loved the HBO series Deadwood and really wish they'd bring it back!

Recent reads are Ghosts of Fort Worth by Brian Righi, Ghost Hunting by Jason Hawes & Grant Wilson and I'm currently reading Ghost Worlds by Melba Goodwyn. I'm trying to get my hands on a copy of the 10th Anniversary edition of The Ghost Hunter's Guidebook by Troy Taylor.

My husband and I are the founders of Lone Star Paranormal Society. We are looking to network with others that are interested in the paranormal as individuals and/or other paranormal groups.

We truly believe in unity in this field and hope that we can find many wonderful people that feel the same way. We are absolutely NOT in this for money, fame or because we just happened to watch a few episodes of Ghost Hunters and decided, "we could do that!" I mention that last part because we've been running into a lot of people lately that have the attitude that the paranormal field is a joke and nothing more than a weekend hobby to go out and drink and scare the hell out of each other at "scary places". That's just not us.

I've been interested in the paranormal and have persued this field for over 25 years. I was part of a group 23 years ago and we spent several years doing our own informal investigations. When "life" took over and members were getting married, having children and work was becoming a main focus in our lives, that's when the group just kind of fell to the side as a priority or focus and we all ended up going our own ways.

I've missed those days of investigating ever since and I am so pleased that I finally took the step to form another group.

I look forward to networking with some great people that would like to help guide us along the way, share ideas, experiences and thoughts about the field and perhaps meet a few people that might consider teaming up with us in the future!
