I am an avid collector of fantasy and gothic art and I write poetry and short stories. I recently began working with web page building and I am finding it a very gratifying chore. However it does keep me busy.

I became interested in the paranormal years ago after a personal experience. I spent many years reading and researching the possibilities of the paranormal. I became even more driven to prove that existance after the death of my youngest son.

I am the Co-founder of The Midwest Ghost Hunter and Paranormal Investigators in Bargersville, Indiana. (Formerly known as Streator Ghost Hunter and Paranormal Investigators) After I heard my first EVP I was completely hooked. I have learned so much over the last 2 years and I am proud and pleased to be part of this.

IAH is my home away from home and I have met many good people here. I am glad to be a part of it. I have been away for a while but I am glad to be back.

I Have Halloween Site which is Sponsored by MGHAPI. We now have a section open for all kinds of other graphics and a lot of the halloween pages have suitable backgrounds for dark or haunted pages. Check It Out If You Like.

I got this capture on an investigation that we did in Streator, Illinois. I was the only one in the room and I angled the camera at an area on the stairs that the family told us apperitions had appeared. The shadow passes directly in front of the camera. It is not cast on the wall or floor and there is no distortion of its shape.

Large Dog Pumpkin CostumeThe tradition of dressing in costume for Halloween has both European and Celtic roots. Hundreds of years ago, winter was an uncertain and frightening time. Food supplies often ran low and, for the many people afraid of the dark, the short days of winter were full of constant worry. On Halloween, when it was believed that ghosts came back to the earthly world, people thought that they would encounter ghosts if they left their homes. To avoid being recognized by these ghosts, people would wear masks when they left their homes after dark so that the ghosts would mistake them for fellow spirits.

From the Desk of IAH:
I am thinking of starting a free banner exchange for anyone with a paranormal website. If you think this is a good idea then let me know. If there is enough interest I'd start it up.
