The American tradition of "trick-or-treating" probably dates back to the early All Souls' Day parades in England. During the festivities, poor citizens would beg for food and families would give them pastries called "soul cakes" in return for their promise to pray for the family's dead relatives.
Just stopping by to say Hi! It's been another busy weekend for us again. We went up north to work on our camper again today. Boy, I can't wait until it's done and we can finely sleep in it. It was a beautiful day to be working on it. Not to cold and not to hot. It's great to be back home again though. Otis and Baxter just love it up there also. They had so much fun. They are both crashed and sleeping right now.
We had to do a rush clean out of a house yesterday after we closed the shop. What a mess. The lady moved out and left most of her stuff. The people that bought her house are doing a flip house, so they need to get to work on it right away. That was a lot of rush packing to say the least. At least they let us put some of the stuff we didn't have time to move in the garage. We will have to go pick up another load tomorrow. At least everything is out of the house for them.
Next weekend I have a ghost hunting team coming in. We have worked with them many times. I think it will be fun.
Hope you had a great weekend also. Have a wonderful week. Hugs, Vicky
Hi, I went into your photos and looked at them all and the one you questioned about matrixing. I looked at it and right away I saw 2 faces. Very clear faces and I want to study it more. I saw green eyes not red but that same thing will happen to me also. I will look on my camera and the eyes are red as can be and then they turn this green color. Have several like that. I sometimes feel like I am being followed by the darn things. I like what you had to say in your Profile also. To me very honest. 60; Your friend in IAH, ; 160; Sherry (buttons)
There are still issues with the inboxes. I'll get on it tomorrow and see if I can't figure out what the problem is. I apologize for any unusual things that may occur during this time. Maybe we really are haunted!?
