I just want to thank you all for responding. My last check up was under a month ago. I have routine check ups since I had the tumor removed in March. I really appreciate what Knucklhead wrote about "It's not definate because there's not date." I believe that it's fate, or guardians, telling me to make a change. I talked to my husband about it, about the stress, and his possibility of cancer, everythign that's unfolded on us the last month.  He agrees that it's possibly a huge, glaring, blinking neon sign saying "we need to change." We've been stressing about funds, since his work has slowed down, and I talked about getting a second job. It's just been heavy, my friends, heavy, this last month.

We purged our house of 'crap' foods, we both worked out together last night. I am joining weight watchers. I am going to make a life change. Sometimes we need to be smacked upside the head by life to get us back in gear.
