Originally from the blues area of Mississippi, I have lived in Salem, IL, Findlay, OH, and now York, PA. I have been involved in the study of the paranormal since 1979 when I had had my first experience.

My family moved into a house in 1977 and we had lived there for two years when I got my own room, we had been using it for storage. I kept having trouble sleeping and felt like there was someone in there. I would wake up and think I saw someone. I said something to my mother, and she told me of the man and wife who had lived there before. They had both died in my room within a few months of each other. I never felt threatened in any way and stayed in that room til I went to college in 1985. Years later, Christmas 2003 I was back in Mississippi and before leaving I had a feeling that something wasn't right and that I wouldn't see one my family again on my next visit. My grandmother was 94 and I thought she would be moving on to new life on the other side. I was wrong and my mother died suddenly in that house 6 months later. I believe they were trying to tell me, but I assumed what would happen and didn't let them. My mother and grandmother were both sensitive but wouldn't always share with us what they knew. My grandmother talked with my mother starting the day before my mom's funeral and up until my grandmother passed on in January, 2006. I always listen now.
