Renaissance, Baroque, Blues, Jazz and Country.

Whatever seems appealing in the moment.

I generally read articles but seldom books.

Gourmet cuisine and fine dining, martial arts and boxing, drag racing and tractor pulling, visual arts and various music forms, architecture, land-use and urban planning, dogs and draft horses, weekends of driving through the country or a weekend of museums and concerts in the city, sail planing and snow mobiling, science and history, quiet time at home and a movie, alternative lifestyles.

I'm considered to be an interesting and intelligent man (not your “typical” guy) who is very active with a wide variety of interests from the mundane to the sophisticated. I value balance in mind, body and spirit. Inquisitive is my first name, passion my middle name and balance my last name. As a result, I've often taken the road less traveled throughout my life. Tonight Charlie Trotter's and a concert of Baroque music with original instruments; tomorrow, tractor pulls at the county fair and country dancing. Need an insightful listener and want to vent; I’ll make time. Thinking about a weekend of driving through the country or a weekend of museums and concerts in the city? Let's do it! How about sail planing tomorrow or snow mobiling? I'm packed and ready to go. But, let's make some quiet time too, rent a DVD and spend an evening at home.

Diverse activities and interests, healthy lifestyle, intelligence, honesty, personal growth, sincerity, sense of spirituality and my extended (ghost) family. Yes, my house and property are very haunted!

Anything that is contrary to my "turn ons" and in addition: arrogance, callousness, ignorance, ego-centricity, materialism, unbridled selfishness.

Just stopping by to say hi. We had a great weekend. I'm sad it's over with so fast. Saturday after work we went to my brothers for a fish fry. He went to Canada over Labor Day weekend and caught all kind of northern for it, and he also had fresh shrimp shipped in from the golf. Oh that shrimp and fish were so good. Nothing like fresh sea food. Over 60 people showed up to eat.

Then on the way home that night Phil and I stopped at the haunted barn to go though that. It was a lot of fun. These people really put a lot into it.

On Sunday we had to head up to Sauk City for Phil's family reunion. We also had a blast seeing people we haven't seen in years, and the food was great there also. Not as good as the fresh fish and shrimp though.

Now it's back to work for us tomorrow. Hope you have a wonderful week. Hugs, Vicky

     Have you ever made a correlation between your spirits and the history of your place?  From what I've read, it seems alot of your sensitive friends have had the same hits on what they see.  Has anyone ever attempted to put a "spiritual" face to a name?

     I give you tons of credit for staying in the house.  Sometimes people can live with what's going on in the house, but sometimes it can get a little crazy.  You never know when or where they might strike or decide to play around.  It's like a marriage. LOL

Hi there,

     Vicky told me about your meeting.  It's so cool to meet the people you chat with online (unless their axe murderers, then it's not so nice. lol)  I've been reading your history on your place.  I find it interesting that you know so many people that are sensitive, have you always been open to the possibility of hauntings before you got the "Haunted Mansion"?

     Can't wait to see more stories,

Lemberger

"When the trees their summer splendor
Change to raiment red and gold,
When the summer moon turns mellow,
And the nights are getting cold;
When the squirrels hide their acorns,
And the woodchucks disappear;
Then we know that it is autumn,
Loveliest season of the year."

Hi Suzy,

Thanks for the comment about the picture in my photo gallery. Yes, Willow Creek Farm "looks" very peaceful but it isn't. It is VERY haunted including the house, barn, pasture and fields (Native Americans?). But that kinda makes it all fun doesn't it.

Al

 Peaceful and haunted? MY kind of getaway!!!!!!
