I was just sitting here at my computer, as you do and a thought passed through the brain.  We use EMF meters to try and "detect" areas of increased EMFs, I can see a chance that using it as a handheld and walking around could cause strange effects as its possible under the right conditions to create static fields by simply walking around on certain fabrics, or even wearing certain types of shoes, perhaps we should be happy to put the meter and the side and watch it from a safe distance where the human interaction cannot have any effect upon it?  What do you think
