Well, it took a year to decide that the knee that a kid smashed into last Oct. is bad. The new doctor has decided to replace the whole knee. There are 3 compartments to the knee, 2 are shot, one is bone on bone. Oh....what fun!

I go in this monday the 17th. So I will be missing in action here again.... It should be about 3 days in the hospital, I hope, I hope. Then home for recovery and start therapy...yippee! I can hardly wait for this to be over and done with!!!

Yes folks, I am back! Thank you for all the warm wishes and all. Surgery went very well, just remind me not to EVER do THAT again!

I got home yesterday and they couldn't get my hospital bed here let alone one that worked! It finally arrived just a little while ago. I am tired, but wanted to let everyone know I am back and will be up to no good in no time again!

Wow, thanks guys and gals for the thoughts and prayers and all! I didn't expect that, you are all really sweet.

I really can't wait for this to be over and be back home. In the last 14 months I have had 2 surgeries. Both were just outpatient, so that was really easy!

This one has me a bit nervous, so all of the thoughts and prayers have made a difference for me!

Well thought I would let all my friends here on IAH know I will be missing in action as of May 20th. I will return tho about the 24th...I hope...I hope!

I am having spine surgery, I am so thrilled...lol. But I plan on being up and running online as soon as I get home!

This is sure gonna put a kink in my investigations etc. I had plans to travel this summer to some haunted areas, but that has to be put on hold for a while. I was invited to investigate a 15 story hotel in Texas...which I really wanted to do....grrr.

Anyway, have fun while I am gone!
