I think you are right. Both demonic energies and drigs and mimic about ever PSY diagnosis there is so it is often hard to tell. Have you and your friend considred exorcism? I am a nearly 20 yr mental health pracitioner and there are times wish I could recommend an exorcism...but as a prof I cant. Here I can and I would consider that first. Drugs are bad (mmmkay?) and can often dumb down those spiritually afflicted. A person does not have to be a Christian to be exorcised....nor catholic...I am not the latter. But I personally know about obession and went to a Cathplic priest....as well as Anton LeVey's Son who is now a pastor. It worked. Im a skeptic...and it worked. Thats all I can say.
